Abstract

The present invention relates to a garment or article of clothing that is tubular in shape made of stretchable woven material and fits around the wearer's neck for protection or insulation from the cold weather. Without removing the garment, the wearer can reconfigure the manner in which the garment is worn so that it protects or insulates more or less than its original configuration. The wearer can configure the garment to protect or insulate the neck only; neck, ears, and face; or neck, ears, and head. The garment is designed with decorative graphics and patterns to increase the aesthetic value by becoming an integral part of the wearer's overall wardrobe or outfit.
