Abstract

An integrated generator unit is provided to generate electrical energy. One or more integrated generator units are mounted in an enclosure and in communication with an electric storage device to store electrical energy. Each unit has a plurality of rotational elements that rotate about an axis as fluid passes through the enclosure. A magnet is provided in communication with at least one end of the rotational elements and in close proximity to electrically conductive material. As the rotational element is exposed to fluid flow, fluid passes through the enclosure and causes the rotational element(s) to rotate. This rotation causes the magnet to pass by the electrically conductive material and to generate electrical energy.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . An apparatus comprising:
an electro-mechanical generator in electrical communication with an electric storage device; said electro-mechanical generator comprising: a first rotational element to rotate about an axis upon receipt of a fluid flow; a plurality of blades in communication with said first rotational element, a first end of each of said blades mounted to an interior surface of said first rotational element and a second end of each of said blades extending into an interior of the first rotational element; a material exhibiting magnetic properties in communication with the first rotational element; an electrically conductive material housed in a second element, spaced apart from an exterior surface of the first rotational element; an electrical charge generated from rotation of said magnetic material proximal to said electrically conductive material; and an electrical connection to communicate said generated electrical charge to said electric storage device.

2 . The apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising a motor in communication with said electric storage device, said motor to receive electrical energy from said electric storage device as a power source.

3 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein said second element is in a fixed position relative to said first rotational element.

4 . The apparatus of claim 3 , wherein said second element is concentric with said first rotational element.

5 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein said electrically conductive material is a plurality of units spaced about said second element.

6 . The apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising said generator mounted in a vehicle, wherein said vehicle is selected from the group consisting of: a land vehicle, an air vehicle, and a water based vehicle, and combinations thereof.

         7 . An apparatus comprising:
an electro-mechanical generator in electrical communication with an electric storage device; said electro-mechanical generator comprising: a first rotational element to rotate about an axis upon receipt of a fluid flow; a plurality of blades in communication with said first rotational element, a first end of each of said blades mounted to an exterior surface of said first rotational element; a magnetic material embedded with an interior surface of said first rotational element; an electrically conductive material housed in a second element, spaced apart from said first rotational element; an electrical charge generated from rotation of said magnetic material proximal to said electrically conductive material; and an electrical connection to communicate said generated electrical charge to said electric storage device.

8 . The apparatus of claim 7 , wherein said second element is in a fixed position relative to said first rotational element.

9 . The apparatus of claim 8 , wherein said first rotational element is concentric with said second element.

10 . The apparatus of claim 7 , wherein said electrically conductive material is a plurality of units spaced about said second element.

11 . The apparatus of claim 7 , further comprising said generator mounted in a vehicle, wherein said vehicle is selected from the group consisting of: a land vehicle, an air vehicle, and a water based vehicle, and combinations thereof.

12 . The apparatus of claim 7 , further comprising a shaft with a plurality of rotating arms extending to the first rotational element.
