Device applied in the toothbrush with disposable bristles and toothpaste injector reservoir

Abstract

This model belongs to the technical field of products for buccal hygiene, more particularly to a device applied in the toothbrush with disposable bristles and toothpaste injector reservoir, which is designed to combine the toothbrush with the toothpaste in one single product, as well as the gradual dispensing of toothpaste in the bristles.

1 . A device applied in a toothbrush with disposable bristles and toothpaste injector reservoir, the device comprising a toothbrush ( 1 ), preferentially made of injected plastic, but that can also be made of noble metals such as gold, silver, etc., which consists of an anatomical handle ( 2 ), a replaceable head ( 3 ) with bristles ( 4 ), a toothpaste cartridge ( 5 ), a check valve ( 6 ), which prevents the backflow or the entrance of liquids in the cartridge and a protective cover ( 7 ), which houses part of the handle ( 2 ), the head ( 3 ) and the bristles ( 4 ). 
   
   
       2 . The device of  claim 1 , and further comprising an anatomical handle ( 2 ) a chamber ( 2 A), closed by a protective cover ( 2 B), that is tightly fit in the lowered edges ( 2 C) and ( 2 D); inside the chamber ( 2 A), there is a channel ( 2 A 1 ), which goes through the thick part ( 2 E), and gets out in the front ( 2 F), finding the pointed tips ( 2 G), each having a pathfinder ( 2 H), an embossed line ( 2 I) and a lock ( 2 J).

The device of  claim 1 , and further comprising the replaceable head ( 3 ) with a semi-oblong shape, the bristles on the upper part ( 4 ), in the lower part it has two grooves ( 3 A) and inside one of them there is a horizontal carved line ( 3 B) and, perpendicularly, a small groove ( 3 C); between the two grooves ( 3 A), there is a central body ( 3 D), containing an internal channel ( 3 E), which meets a central and perpendicular channel ( 3 F), over which there is a small check valve ( 3 G), with openings ( 3 H) in “X” shape, which is symmetrically placed in the center of the upper base ( 3 I). 
   
   
       4 . The device of  claim 1 , and further comprising a removable head ( 3 ) to be periodically replaced. 
   
   
       5 . The device of  claim 1 , and further comprising a cartridge ( 5 ) which has a cylindrical shape and a carved surface ( 5 A) to lock the interior chamber ( 2 A) and a cylindrical nozzle ( 5 B) to fit in the check valve ( 6 ). 
   
   
       6 . The device of  claim 1 , and further comprising the snap-on cap ( 7 ) is divided into an upper part ( 7 A) and a lower part ( 7 B), both joined by a hinge ( 7 C) and closed by a snap ( 7 D); inside both parts there is a restrainer ( 7 E), and in the external part of the upper part ( 7 A), there is a clamp ( 7 F). 
   
   
       7 . The device of  claim 1 , and further comprising the toothbrush ( 1 ) that can be made in any color or size. 
   
   
       8 . The device of  claim 1 , and further comprising a cartridge ( 5 ), storing toothpastes of any flavor to refresh the mouth, and also by any formulae to improve tooth treatment. 
   
   
       9 . The device of  claim 1 , and further comprising a replaceable head ( 3 ), the bristles ( 4 ) that may have different textures such as soft, medium or stiff and have different designs.
