Fixing structure of cord winding mount for window curtain

Abstract

The present invention relates to a fixing structure of the cord winding mount for window curtain, comprising a stationary block, an arbor gear, a winding drum, a positioning cover plate and a movable cover. The stationary block has been partitioned into left or right securing member, which could be correspondingly coupled with its arbor gear, winding drum and movable cover respectively, so as to construct the primary body of said cord winding mount thereof, where the primary method is to separate the positioning cover plate which has been designed as an independent type component, and then utilize the lower caulking groove to couple and fasten said positioning cover plate at a top end of said stationary block, so that the arc bracket at both ends of such positioning cover plate could be respectively fixed to and hence supporting at the position underneath the orbicular end locating at both top ends of the curtain rail rack, and the primary body of said cord winding mount will be able to be fixed at the right position thereto.

A fixing structure of the cord winding mount for the window curtain, primarily comprising a stationary block, an arbor gear and a winding drum, a movable cover and a positioning cover plate; said stationary block has been partitioned into left or right securing member, which could be coupled with correspondingly;
 the embossed block formed on said left or right securing member has an internal axle hole which could be coupled with said arbor gear, and thereat, while screw threads of said arbor gear being coupled with threads of a screw extending from one side of said winding drum, so that said winding drum is able to drive said arbor gear to revolve;   a movable cover located at the lower corner of said left or right securing member has a shaft going through; a receiving plate, which extends from said movable cover, has a through hole allowed the pull cord of said winding drum to going through thereto and hence sealing the portion underneath said winding drum; and   the fixing structure is mainly characterized in that by separating the positioning cover plate which has been designed as an independent type component, and utilizing a lower caulking groove to couple and fasten with an embossed block formed on said stationary block, and moreover, making the arc supporting fasteners at both ends of said positioning cover plate to be fastened at its fixed positions locating at lower ends of orbicular end of curtain rail rack respectively, so that said cord winding mount will be able to fastened at its right position thereto.   
   
   
       2 . The fixing structure of cord winding mount for the window curtain as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the bottom end of arc supporting fastener is an arc block, and thereat its top end is the bracket slot on a plane. 
   
   
       3 . The fixing structure of cord winding mount for the window curtain as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein a stopper is extending from the portion underneath the arc supporting fastener at one side of the positioning cover plate. 
   
   
       4 . The fixing structure of cord winding mount for the window curtain as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the through hole opened at the gear mount of said winding drum can be designed as the dual holes corresponding to each other.
