Abstract
Double dual shoe to hem protective clip clamp prevents a baggy pant hem from dragging on the ground by attaching one clamp to the pant hem, with the other clamp attaching directly onto the shoe heel rim. The device is made of two components, an upper clamp and a lower clamp, which may be attached permanently, or may be interchanged for versatility.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . An apparatus for securing a posterior pant hem above the top ridge of the posterior heel side of a shoe, comprising:
an upper clamp, flap, or clip which attaches vertically to the bottom posterior side of a pant hem leg, where
the mouth of the upper clamp or flap is opened in a northward facing position,
a lower clamp, flap, or clip which attaches vertically to the top posterior rim of a shoe, where
the posterior side of a shoe is near the ankle and the front of the shoe is near the toes, where
the mouth of the lower clamp or flap is opened in a southern facing position,
cushioning on the side of the clamps, flaps, or clamp backing that touches the users leg, where the size of the upper and lower clamps may vary,
the clamps may have various decorations or embellishments,
the clamps may have magnets on the outer surface,
the upper and lower clamps may be attached to each other permanently or temporarily, aligned in opposite directions, where
the clamps may range in the amount of surface area where they overlap, where temporary attachment is facilitated with either the use of male and female parts attached within the upper and lower clamps, or with the use of magnets or sticky adhesives, and
permanent attachment is facilitated by the construction of the apparatus in one physical piece or by connecting various components using clamps along with connector strip, rods, or coils.
2 . The apparatus of claim 1 where a decorated magnet panel attaches to the magnet on the outer surface of the upper or lower clamps.
3 . The apparatus of claim 1 where shoe jewelry may be attached temporarily to the top or bottom of the upper or lower clamps.
4 . The apparatus of claim 1 where the device above the top of the rim of the shoe displays a customizable fashion billboard on the posterior exterior side.
5 . The apparatus of claim 1 where the device may be made of wood, metal, fabric, or a combination.
6 . The apparatus of claim 1 where the device may come in various sizes.
7 . The apparatus of claim 1 where the device may come in various shapes.
8 . A customizable fashion billboard and hem protecting device that positions the bottom hem of a pant leg above the posterior top rim of a shoe, where the hem and shoe rim are secured using a combination of clips, clamps, or flaps, which may be permanently attached in one piece or may be temporarily attached to each other so that the pieces may be used interchangeably.
9 . A customizable fashion billboard and hem protecting device that positions the bottom hem of a pant leg above the posterior top rim of a shoe, where the hem and shoe rim are secured using a combination of clips, clamps, or flaps, which may be permanently attached in one piece or may be temporarily attached to each other so that the pieces may be used interchangeably where the posterior side of a shoe is near the ankle and the front of the shoe is near the toes.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
