Abstract

The present invention relates to a process for treating keratin fibres, which comprises the application to the keratin fibres of a hair composition comprising at least one active agent chosen from hair dyes, oxidizing agents and cationic conditioners, followed by the application to the fibres of a heating iron whose temperature is greater than or equal to 60° C. The invention also relates to a composition comprising at least one superabsorbent polymer and at least-one active agent chosen from hair dyes, oxidizing agents and cationic conditioners.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 - 23 . (canceled)

       24 . A composition for dyeing keratin fibers, comprising, in a medium that is suitable for dyeing keratin fibers,
 at least one superabsorbent polymer, and at least one active agent chosen from:
 at least one direct dye;
 at least one oxidation base;
 at least one coupler; and
 at least one oxidizing agent;
   wherein the composition for dyeing keratin fibers optionally comprises at least one oxidizing agent or at least one cationic conditioner, wherein the at least one oxidizing agent is chosen from hydrogen peroxide, urea peroxide, alkali metal bromates, persalts, peracids and 2-electron or 4-electron oxidase enzymes, and where the at least one cationic conditioner is chosen from cationic polymers, cationic proteins, cationic protein hydrolysates and cationic surfactants, and mixtures thereof.

       25 . The composition according to claim 24 , wherein the at least one superabsorbent polymer has a free swelling capacity of greater than 20.

       26 . The composition according to claim 24 , wherein the at least one superabsorbent polymer has a free swelling capacity of greater than 30.

       27 . The composition according to claim 24 , wherein the at least one superabsorbent polymer is a crosslinked polyacrylate.

       28 . The composition according to claim 24 , wherein the at least one superabsorbent polymer is present in an amount ranging from 0.05% to 20% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition.

       29 . The composition according to claim 24 , wherein the at least one active agent is present in an amount ranging from 0.001% to 20% by weight of the composition.
