Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A system or method selected from the group consisting of:
 (A) a system for saving a file selected using an email program, the system comprising: a) an email server; b) an email program; c) a system for determining whether a recipient is on the same local network or whether there is a common location where sender can save a selected file and recipient can access said file; d) a system for matching a sender and recipient with a location for saving said file; e) a system for moving or copying a file to a location matched with said sender and recipient or a system for removing an attached file from an email message and saving the attached file to a new location before reaching a recipient; and f) a processing mechanism that: i) generates a link for a selected file and inserts said link into an email message, or ii) generates a notice that a file has been made available for access by sender for recipient and inserts said notice into an email message; (B) a system for notifying an email recipient that a selected file is available for access, the system comprising: a) an email server; b) an email program; c) a system for determining whether a recipient can access a file selected by a sender; d) a processing mechanism that: i) generates a link for a selected file and inserts said link into an email message, or ii) generates a notice that a file has been made available for access by sender for recipient and inserts said notice into an email message; and (C) a system for notifying an email recipient that a selected file is available for access and providing access thereto, the system comprising: a) an email server; b) an email program; c) a system for determining whether a recipient can access a file selected by a sender; d) a system for providing access rights to said selected file; e) a processing mechanism that: i) generates a link for a selected file and inserts said link into an email message, or ii) generates a notice that a file has been made available for access by sender for recipient and inserts said notice into an email message. (D) a method for saving a file selected using an email program, the method comprising the steps of: a) selecting a new email message or a reply or forward of an existing email message using an email program; b) selecting a data file using said email program; c) determining whether a recipient is on the same local network or whether there is a common location where sender can save said file and recipient can access said file; d) matching a sender and recipient with a location for saving said selected file; e) saving said selected file to a location matched with said sender and recipient; and f) generating a link for said selected file and inserting said link into said email message, or generating a notice that said selected file has been made available for access by sender for recipient and inserting said notice into said email message; (E) a method for notifying an email recipient that a selected file is available for access, the method comprising the steps of: a) selecting a new email message or a reply or forward of an existing email message using an email program; b) selecting a data file using said email program; c) determining that said recipient has access to said selected file; and d) generating a link for said selected file and inserting said link into said email message, or generating a notice that said selected file has been made available for access by sender for recipient and inserting said notice into said email message; and (F) a method for notifying an email recipient that a selected file is available for access and providing access thereto, the method comprising the steps of: a) selecting a new email message or a reply or forward of an existing email message using an email program; b) selecting a data file using said email program to make available to a recipient; c) determining that said recipient does not have access to said selected file; d) providing access by recipient to said selected file; and e) generating a link for said selected file and inserting said link into said email message, or generating a notice that said selected file has been made available for access by sender for recipient and inserting said notice into said email message.

2 . A container with an opening at a first end comprising one or more air inlets or valves in a second closed end or one or more air inlets or valves in a side of the container.

3 . The container of claim 2 wherein: a) said valve is a one-way valve; b) said valve allows air to enter into the container when a negative pressure is created on the inside of the container but not when the pressure on the inside and outside of the container are equalized; c) said valve is a one-way valve that allows air to flow into the container when a negative pressure is created on the inside of the container but not when the pressure on the inside and outside of the container are equalized; d) said valve is fluid tight; e) said container is a trash can; or f) said valve is a slit valve.

4 . An invention selected from the group consisting of:
 (A) a cover or liner for a sink or countertop that conforms or partially conforms to the shape of a sink, countertop or both a sink and surrounding countertop, wherein said cover or liner comprises a 2-dimensional surface ornamentation or a 3-dimensional ornamentation that creates an environment conducive for play by a child. (B) a learning system comprising an article of manufacture comprising a polynucleotide sequence with an accompanying web site address and a database which can be accessed using said web address, and wherein said polynucleotide sequence can be entered into said database and will retrieve information relating to the species from which the sequence originated; (C) a seat or bed that automatically adjusts its position either continuously or at continually repeating time intervals, wherein said adjustments are not in response to feedback from a pressure sensor; (D) system for playing a video game comprising: a) a computer network comprising a video game program accessible by multiple computers; b) a computer linked to an account and having access to said network; c) a system for tracking video game play from said computer linked to said account; d) a system for communication between said computer linked to said account and a charging entity, whereby information regarding game play from said computer linked to said account is transmitted to said charging entity; and e) a system that calculates charges based on the game play information transmitted from computer linked to an account to said charging entity; (E) a method for playing a video game comprising: a) accessing a computer network using a computer; b) initiating play of a video game on said computer network from said computer; c) tracking video game play from said computer; and d) transmitting to a charging entity information regarding game play from said computer; (F) package comprising multiple individual packages of ⅓, ½, ⅔, ¾ or 1 cup of packed brown sugar; (G) a lid for reducing an amount of condensation on a lower surface of a lid or for an increased rate of return of a liquid from a container condensed on a lower surface of said lid back to said container, said lid having a lower surface comprising downward facing projections that extend below the lower horizontal surface of said lid, wherein said downward facing projections are of a shape and size such that condensed liquid will move towards the lowest point of the projection and fall from the lid to the inside surface of the container; (H) a toy figure comprising a magnet capable of magnetically interconnecting with ferromagnetic surfaces and having more stability in a seated position when brought into contact with a seat comprising a metal structure or a magnet, wherein said magnet is located on the dorsal/posterior side of said toy figure.

5 . A method for creating an environment conducive for a child to play comprising: a) obtaining the cover or liner of claim 4 ; and b) placing said cover or liner on said sink or countertop.
