The present utility model relates to furniture, more particularly, to a folding chair, comprising a cushion support, a rear cushion support, a backrest support, an arm support, a cushion plate and a backrest, wherein the cushion support intersects the rear cushion support and is combined with the cushion support using a pivot; one end of the backrest support is pivotally connected with that of the cushion support, while one end of the arm support is pivotally combined with that of the rear cushion support; both ends of the backrest support and the arm support are connected pivotally, and the two ends of the cushion plate are fixed respectively on the cushion support and rear cushion support, which are pivotally combined with each other, forming a certain angle when unfolded and coming together when clamped. The present utility model is simple and easy for use, and is a multi-purpose folding chair suitable for outdoor sports and leisure activities.
