Abstract

There is provided a heating cooking apparatus which can reduce heating and cooking time by reducing the time for raising the temperature of a heating chamber to a desired temperature. In a heat source chamber 30 , since the distance between a heat source 31 formed in the spiral shape in order to heat air and a circulating fan 32 is as close as less than 10 mm, ventilation efficiency improves. Further, a coating film 25 is formed on a side surface on the heat source chamber 30 side of a partition plate 22 which forms a boundary between the heat source chamber 30 and a heating chamber 20 . Hereby, the heat supplied from the electric heater 31 is stored in the coating film 25 , and next the heat is radiated from the coating film 25 , with the result that the coating film 25 heats the air in the heat source chamber 30 as a second heat source. Therefore, when the hot air of which the temperature has been raised by the heat source 31 in the heat source chamber 30 is sent into the heating chamber 20 by the circulating fan 32 to perform heat-cooking, the time for raising the temperature of the air in the heat source chamber 30 to a predetermined temperature can be reduced, and power saving can be realized.

Claims

1 - 9 . (canceled)

10 . A heating cooking apparatus for heating a subject, the heating cooking apparatus comprising:
a heating chamber which accommodates the subject therein; a heat source chamber which is adjacent to the heating chamber; a spiral-shaped heat source which is accommodated in the heat source chamber and generates a heat; a circulating fan which is arranged inside the heat source and circulates the generated heat; and a partition plate located at a boundary portion between the heating chamber and the heat source chamber, and having holes for air circulation, wherein the clearance between the heat source and the circulating fan is less than 10 mm.

11 . The heating cooking apparatus according to claim 10 , wherein the circulating fan includes vane portions, and
wherein each of the vane portions has a bottom surface on a plane perpendicular to a rotational axis of the circulating fan, and the bottom surface expands toward an outer periphery of the circulating fan.

12 . The heating cooking apparatus according to claim 11 , wherein the each of the vane portions has a slant surface which slants with respect to the bottom surface, and an end of the slant surface does not protrude, in the rotational axis, from a plane defined by an axial end portion of the heat source.

13 . The heating cooking apparatus according to claim 10 , wherein a sectional area in space of the heat source chamber parallel to the partition plate is substantially the same as a sectional area in space of the heating chamber parallel to the partition plate.

14 . The heating cooking apparatus according to claim 10 , wherein the heat source is fixed to a fixing member, and the fixing member is fixed to a surface opposed to the partition plate in the heat source chamber and a side surface of the heat source chamber.
