Abstract

A bag includes support pipes 5 coupled to a base 1, a seat 31 coupled to the pipes 5, seat stoppers 37, foldable legs 32 coupled to the seat 31, a first link 33 having one end coupled to the middle of the legs 32 and another end coupled to the seat 31, and second links 34 each of which having one end coupled to the middle of the leg 32 and another end coupled to the base 1. The seat 31 can be folded in the vertical orientation. The seat 31 can be held in the horizontal orientation by the first link 33 and the legs 32. The first and second links 33 and 34 are coupled by elastic rods 39. When the second links 34 swing, the rods 39 move the one end of the first link 33 along the seat 31.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A foldable-chair-equipped bag comprising:
a bag unit; a horizontal base that supports the bag unit on the upper surface thereof; casters that are secured to the lower surface of the horizontal base to allow the bag to be wheeled; a pair of support pipes that are coupled at the lower end thereof to the horizontal base; a seat that is foldable from the horizontal orientation to the vertical orientation, and is coupled to the support pipes movably in the vertical direction; a seat stopper that restricts the downward movement of the seat; foldable legs that are swingably coupled at the upper end thereof to said seat; a first link that is coupled at one end thereof to a middle part of the foldable leg and at another end thereof to the lower surface of the seat so that said another end can be moved toward and away from the support pipes; and a second link that is swingably coupled at one end thereof to the middle part of the foldable leg and at said another end to the horizontal base or a lower end part of the support pipe to restrict the inclination angle of the foldable legs, wherein when a coupling part between said seat and the support pipes is moved upward, the seat, the foldable legs, the first link and the second link are folded in parallel to the support pipes, wherein when the coupling part between said seat and the support pipes is moved downward, and the seat is unfolded toward the horizontal orientation, said seat stopper stops the downward movement of the coupling part coupled to the support pipes, and the foldable legs are unfolded so that said another end of the first link is moved away from the support pipes, and when the second link restricts the inclination angle of the foldable legs, the seat is held in the horizontal orientation by the first link and the foldable legs, and wherein said first link and said second link are coupled by an elastic rod that does not provide an elastic force when the seat is folded, and the elastic force of the elastic rod moves the first link along the seat via the second link that swings with respect to the support pipes.

2 . The foldable-chair-equipped bag according to claim 1 further comprising a locking mechanism that holds said seat in the vertical orientation, wherein the locking mechanism includes a lock release button that is located on a free-end side of the seat and releases the holding of the seat so that the seat swings from the vertical orientation to the horizontal orientation.

3 . The foldable-chair-equipped bag according to claim 2 , wherein said locking mechanism including
an interlocking portion that is arranged on the support pipe, an elastically protruding portion that is coupled to the lower surface of said seat and elastically protrudes toward an interlocking position to interlock with said interlocking portion, and a linkage mechanism that couples the elastically protruding portion to the lock release button so that the elastically protruding portion can be retracted from the interlocking position to an interlocking release position.

4 . The foldable-chair-equipped bag according to claim 3 , wherein said lock release button is located on an edge of the seat opposite to the coupling part that couples the seat to the support pipes.

5 . The foldable-chair-equipped bag according to claim 3 , wherein said lock release button is biased by the linkage mechanism to elastically protrude toward the surface of the seat.

6 . The foldable-chair-equipped bag according to claim 3 , wherein the interlocking portion of said locking mechanism is arranged in said seat stopper.

7 . The foldable-chair-equipped bag according to claim 6 , wherein a pair of seat stoppers are provided as the seat stopper, and a pair of elastically protruding portions are provided as the elastically protruding portion, wherein recessed portions are formed as the interlocking portion on insides of the seat stoppers that are opposed to each other, and accommodate said elastically protruding portions, wherein the recessed portions as the interlocking portion accommodate the elastically protruding portions so that the seat is held in the vertical orientation.

8 . The foldable-chair-equipped bag according to claim 3 , wherein a pair of elastically protruding portions are provided as the elastically protruding portion to protrude from the both sides of said seat.

9 . The foldable-chair-equipped bag according to claim 3 , wherein said elastically protruding portion has an interlocking protrusion on an end thereof to be inserted into the interlocking portion, and said seat has a through hole that allows the interlocking protrusion to protrude from the through hole.

10 . The foldable-chair-equipped bag according to claim 3 , wherein said elastically protruding portion is coupled to the back surface of the seat to be able to reciprocately move.

11 . The foldable-chair-equipped bag according to claim 1 , wherein a vertical slider is coupled to said support pipes slidably in the vertical direction, and the seat and the foldable legs are foldably coupled to the vertical slider.

12 . The foldable-chair-equipped bag according to claim 1 , wherein said one end of said first link is coupled to an upper point of the foldable leg relative to said one end of said second link.

       13 .
