Aluminum window structure

Abstract

The present invention is a kind of joint structure in the aluminum window, and in particular is designed for the awning typed aluminum window. It is mainly to design an internally laid joint plate with a simple structure to joint the window frames together directly. It is different from the prior art that needs to add an additional externally laid and large sized joint plate to joint the adjacent window frames. It is not only achieve the purposes of the large scaled material saving and also have the outside appearance of the whole aluminum window become more concise and not too disordered.

       3 . A joint structure for aluminum windows comprising:
 a first vertical frame plate having a first side provided with two joint grooves, and a sliding support bar arranged at a center of said first side and between said first joint grooves;   a second vertical frame plate having a first side provided with two second joint grooves, and a sliding support bar arranged at a center of said first side and between said two joint grooves; and   a joint plate having two sides each provided with two joint bars and a support sliding rail between said two joint bars, each of said joint bars being adapted to engage with a respective one of said joint grooves, said support sliding rail being adapted to engage with said sliding support bar, said joint plate having two ends each provided with an accommodating groove; and   a leak proof rubber fitted in said accommodating groove;   wherein when said first vertical frame plate is engaged with said joint plate which is then engaged with said second vertical frame plate, said joint plate will be hidden between said first and second vertical frame plates.
