Abstract
A device for holding the trouser-leg end of trousers being worn, in particular to prevent the trouser-leg end from touching the ground when being worn, having a sling for fixing on the leg of the person wearing the trousers, a holding apparatus connectable to the trouser-leg end, and a holding strap, which acts between the sling and the holding apparatus and is adjustable in length, wherein the holding apparatus is implemented as a clamping apparatus having at least slight clamping force in relation to the material of the trouser-leg end.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A device for holding the trouser-leg end of trousers being worn to prevent the trouser-leg end from touching the ground, said device comprising:
a sling for fixing on the leg of the person wearing the trousers; a holding apparatus configured to be connected to the trouser-leg end; and a holding strap, which acts between the sling and the holding apparatus and is adjustable in length, wherein the holding apparatus is implemented as a clamping apparatus having at least slight clamping force in relation to the material of the trouser-leg end.
. The device according to claim 1 , wherein the clamping apparatus is selected from the group consisting of a clamp, buckle, bow, and clip, which encompasses the trouser-leg end from below.
. The device according to claim 2 , wherein the clamping apparatus is implemented similarly to an openable/closable suspender buckle or suspender clip.
. The device according to claim 2 , wherein the clamping apparatus is implemented as a spring-elastic part.
. The device according to claim 2 , wherein the clamping apparatus is manufactured from plastic or metal.
. The device according to claim 1 , wherein the clamping apparatus is equipped with a connection means, which is used for the optional connection to a free end of the holding strap.
. The device according to claim 6 , wherein the connection means is implemented as a buckle.
. The device according to claim 7 , wherein the buckle is openable.
. The device according to claim 7 , wherein the buckle is used for inserting, accommodating, or fixing the holding strap.
. The device according to claim 1 , wherein the clamping apparatus has an outwardly directed visible side having a corresponding face, which has or is suitable for accommodating at least one of an image, decor, or relief.
. The device according to claim 10 , wherein the image, decor, or relief projects beyond the face forming the visible side.
. The device according to claim 10 , wherein the image, decor, or relief has a surface structure or roughness to increase the grip of the clip.
. The device according to claim 10 , wherein the image, decor, or relief is configured to be removable from the visible side of the clamping apparatus or replaceable.
. The device according to claim 1 , wherein the sling is dimensioned in such a way that it may be wrapped around the leg above the ankle or above the calf.
. The device according to claim 14 , wherein the sling is openable or closable using a closure.
. The device according to claim 15 , wherein the closure is implemented as a needled felt connection.
. The device according to claim 14 , wherein the sling is adjustable in its width via the closure or via additional setting means.
. The device according to claim 1 , wherein the sling is manufactured from an elastic material.
. The device according to claim 18 , wherein the sling is manufactured from a strap.
. The device according to claim 1 , wherein the holding strap is produced from the same material as the sling.
. The device according to claim 1 , wherein one end of the holding strap is connected permanently to the sling.
. The device according to claim 1 , wherein the holding strap extends approximately orthogonally out from the sling.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
