Constrictive band

Abstract

A constrictive band includes a band body and a positioning member. The band body has a free end inserted through an insert hole of the positioning member and fixed at any location of the band body relative to said positioning member by means of a band fixing unit of the positioning member, forming a circle to constrict and hold something therein tightly and immovably. The band body can be easily handled to be inserted through the inert hole, and pulled out of the insert hole simply by compressing plate members of the positioning member for loosening the band body, permitting the constrictive band usable repeatedly for a long time.

1 . A constrictive band comprising:
 A band body shaped as a long and flat strip and having ratchet teeth fully on two longitudinal sides;   A positioning member shaped as an empty block, tightly and integrally combined with one end of said band body, having an insert hole through its center portion and a band fixing unit respectively at two inner sides;   Said band fixing unit composed of a flexible plate member formed at an upper side and a lower side of said insert hole, an elastic strip formed to extend from a bottom of two sides of said insert hole respectively and out of an upper side of said insert hole, a ring positioned in said insert hole for pushing and keeping said two elastic strips in position, an anti-retreat claw formed on an inner surface of said elastic strip for engaging with said ratchet teeth so as to keep said band body in place at one of many locations relative to said positioning member.   
   
   
       2 . The constrictive band as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said ratchet teeth are provided on only one longitudinal side of said band body. 
   
   
       3 . The constrictive band as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said band body has a free end formed with a guide tapered angle. 
   
   
       4 . The constrictive band as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said band fixing unit is provided only at one longitudinal side of said band body. 
   
   
       5 . The constrictive band as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said positioning member is provided with a reinforcing rib on an outer surface at a connecting point of one end of said band body and said positioning member. 
   
   
       6 . The constrictive band as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein two symmetrical horizontal blocks are provided in an inner wall of said insert hole of said positioning member. 
   
   
       7 . The constrictive band as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein two symmetrical vertical blocks are provided in an inner wall of said insert hole of said positioning member.
