CD gift card

Abstract

CD gift card with a sheet of heavy paper stock, the sheet die cut and folded so that a first folded portion forms a greeting card cover and a second folded portion forms a back cover and a CD retaining pocket. The folded greeting card cover and the folded CD retaining portion are graphically printed and die cut to emphasize the nature of the sentiment contained within the greeting card. A preferred embodiment includes a die cut frame within the first folded portion and a secondary paper back panel adhered to the back portion of the first folded panel to support a separate photograph to be inserted between the first folded portion and the back panel.

1 . CD gift card comprising:
 a sheet of heavy paper stock;   said sheet die cut and folded so that a first folded portion forms a greeting card cover and a second folded portion forms a back cover and a CD retaining pocket; and   said folded greeting card cover and said folded CD retaining portion die cut and printed with novel graphics to emphasize the nature of the sentiment contained within said greeting card.

CD gift card as claimed in  claim 1  wherein one method of said emphasis is to provide a die cut frame within said first folded portion and a folded paper secondary back panel adhered to the back portion of said first folded panel to support a separate printed photograph to be inserted between said first folded portion and said secondary back panel. 
   
   
       3 . CD gift card as claimed in  claim 1  wherein one method of said emphasis is to die cut said sheet paper into a specific shape that visually reinforces the message communicated by said card.
