Abstract

The invention refers to a tool arrangement, in particular a sealing tool for a packaging machine, the tool arrangement consisting at least of one toolholder and one tool connected to each other by at least one releasable fixed connection. The invention is characterised in that the releasable fixed connection is given by an automatically acting link.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
. Tool arrangement of a packaging machine, in particular form tool, deep-drawing die or sealing tool for a packaging machine, the tool arrangement being formed of at least one toolholder and one tool which are connected to each other by at least one releasable fixed link, characterised in that the releasable fixed link is given by an automatically acting link (I), and the tool arrangement comprises a control ( 7 ) controlling the automatically acting link.

. Tool arrangement according to claim 1 , characterised in that the toolholder (a) and/or the tool ( 2 ) is/are heated.

. Tool arrangement according to claim 1 , characterised in that the automatically acting link (I) is given by a quick coupling, and/or the automatically acting link (I) is designed self-centering.

. Tool arrangement according to claim 1 , characterised in that the automatically acting link (I) is given by a mechanic, electric, magnetic or electro-magnetic, hydraulic, pneumatic means or a combination of at least two of the above-mentioned means.

. Tool arrangement according to claim 1 , characterised in that the tool ( 2 ) is provided in or at the toolholder (a), and/or the tool ( 2 ) is provided below the toolholder (a).

. Tool arrangement according to claim 1 , characterised in that the automatically acting link (I) is designed as magnetic holder (I), and the magnetic holder (I) connects the tool ( 2 ) with a carrier plate ( 4 ) or the toolholder (a) magnetically, preferably electro-magnetically.

. Tool arrangement according to claim 1 , characterised in that as automatically acting link (I) a magnetic holder (I) is provided which consists of at least one magnet ( 1 ).

. Tool arrangement according to claim 1 , characterised in that the automatically acting link (I) as magnetic holder (I) consists essentially of at least one magnet ( 1 ) connected with the carrier plate ( 4 ) and at least one magnetic counterpart ( 3 ).

. Tool arrangement according to claim 1 , characterised in that the automatically acting link (I) as magnetic holder (I) consists essentially of at least one magnet ( 1 ) connected with the carrier plate ( 4 ) and at least one magnetic counterpart ( 3 ), and the magnet ( 1 ) is designed as electromagnet or permanent magnet.

. Tool arrangement according to claim 1 , characterised in that the tool ( 2 ) is designed as magnetic counterpart ( 3 ) or forms the magnetic counterpart ( 3 ).

. Tool arrangement according to claim 1 , characterised in that the automatically acting link (I) as magnetic holder (I) is integrated at least partly in the toolholder (a) or in the carrier plate ( 4 ), and another part of the magnetic holder (I) as magnetic counter part ( 3 ) in the tool ( 2 ).

. Tool arrangement according to claim 1 , characterised in that the automatically acting link (I) as magnetic holder (I) holds the tool ( 2 ) currentless by a permanent magnet at the carrier plate, and separates it from the carrier plate ( 4 ) by electric current of the electro-magnet.

. Tool arrangement according to claim 1 , characterised in that the automatically acting link (I) as magnetic holder (I) consists essentially of at least one magnet ( 1 ) connected with the carrier plate ( 4 ) and at least one magnetic counterpart ( 3 ), and the magnet ( 1 ) is designed as electro-magnet and is magnetic in powered condition so that the magnetic counter part ( 3 ) and/or the tool ( 2 ) is attracted and in the currentless condition is not attracted.

. Tool arrangement according to claim 1 , characterised in that the automatically acting link (I) as magnetic holder (I) consists essentially of at least one magnet ( 1 ) connected with the carrier plate ( 4 ) and at least one magnetic counter part ( 3 ), and the magnetic counter part ( 3 ) consists of a ferromagnetic, in particular temperature stable, ferromagnetic material.

. Tool arrangement according to claim 1 , characterised in that the automatically acting link (I) as magnetic holder (I), in particular its housing consists of a counter holder ( 5 ) connected with the magnet ( 1 ) and preferably T-shaped, and/or at least one readjusting element ( 6 ) arranged between the counter holder ( 5 ) and the carrier plate ( 4 ) or the toolholder (a), for example a readjusting spring, and/or the readjusting spring or the readjusting element ( 6 ) acts at the same time or alternatively as centering device for the tool ( 2 ).

. Packaging machine with a conveying device for the packings or the film forming the packings which conveys the packings or the film along a conveying path, along the conveying path at least one tool arrangement of a packaging machine, in particular form tool, deep-drawing die or sealing tool for a packaging machine being provided, the tool arrangement being formed by at least one toolholder and one tool which are connected to each other by at least one releasable fixed connection, characterised in that the releasable fixed connection is given by an automatically acting link (I), and the tool arrangement comprises a control ( 7 ) controlling the automatically acting link.

. Packaging machine according to claim 16 , characterised in that the packaging machine has an electronic control for triggering the automatically acting link, in particular the magnetic holder.

. Packaging machine according to claim 16 , characterised in that the packing which has to be formed is arranged below the tool arrangement.

. Packaging machine according to claim 16 , characterised in that the tool arrangement is arranged above a conveying device for the formed packing/s provided in the packaging machine.
