Abstract

A virtual reality interactional system and a method of use in which remote shoppers, remote advisors, remote sales consultants, remote product display agents, real time inventory status, live and stored audio and video content, and client server based virtual programming logic interact in real time to complete soft touch, high touch, and non-high touch products and services transactions. The virtual reality interacting system encompasses a combination of virtual reality hardware, virtual reality programming logic and communication networks. It can be used at homes, offices, virtual reality storefronts, or a combination thereof using high capacity private networks and also the Internet. Business to business, business to consumer, and consumer to consumer interactive interactions can be seamlessly performed by means of the current invention.

1 . A virtual reality system comprising of a headgear, a virtual reality navigation system, a controller unit and utilizing one or more communication protocols for buying, selling, meeting and interacting in a virtual reality environment. 
     
     
         2 . The system of  claim 1 , wherein users navigate the virtual reality environment by means of the virtual reality navigation system. 
     
     
         3 . The system of  claim 2 , wherein the virtual reality navigation system provides a means for users to navigate the virtual reality environment in a sitting, walking, jogging, jumping, or climbing posture. 
     
     
         4 . The system of  claim 1 , wherein the headgear further comprises of sensors capturing the user head movements and gestures; the headgear audio system capturing the user's and surrounding sounds; the headgear vision unit providing a range of views; the headgear smells generator providing smells. 
     
     
         5 . The system of  claim 4 , wherein the headgear capabilities provides users an illusion of being physically present in a virtual reality environment. 
     
     
         6 . The system of  claim 4 , wherein users wearing the headgear can communicate with other users in a virtual reality environment. 
     
     
         7 . The system of  claim 6 , wherein users wearing the headgear can communicate with other users in a one to one session or in a one to many session. 
     
     
         8 . The system of  claim 1 , wherein users can be located at the same location or can be located at dispersed geographies such that users can join a virtual reality transaction session at inception or at any instance during the transaction. 
     
     
         9 . The system of  claim 1 , wherein the virtual reality navigation system further comprises of a virtual reality steering system providing steering capabilities in a virtual reality environment, a virtual reality seating mechanism providing seating capabilities in a virtual reality environment; a virtual reality walkway providing walking, jogging, jumping, running, sliding, climbing, and allied capabilities in the virtual reality environment; body and extremity sensors detecting user movements and actions; touch pads providing interaction capabilities. 
     
     
         10 . The system of  claim 9 , wherein the virtual reality steering is used to navigate forward, backward, to turn right, to turn left, to ascend at an angle, to descend at an angle, to ascend vertically, to descend vertically, and to steer in all other directions. 
     
     
         11 . The system of  claim 9 , wherein users navigate through the virtual aisles in a sitting posture, standing posture, walking posture, jogging posture, running posture or climbing posture and reach their destination to meet with other users or to conduct buy and sell transactions. 
     
     
         12 . The system of  claim 11 , wherein the virtual aisles may contain merchandise. 
     
     
         13 . A virtual reality system comprising of demonstration centers for demonstrating merchandise in a virtual reality environment. 
     
     
         14 . The system of  claim 12 , wherein sales consultants demonstrate the merchandise to shoppers to conduct buy and sell transactions. 
     
     
         15 . A method of virtual reality shopping individually or in a group by wearing a headgear and using the virtual reality navigation system wherein users are transformed of being physically present in a virtual shopping environment by means of real and imaginative views, corresponding smells, appropriate sounds and surrounded by shoppers, merchandise, and sales consultants. 
     
     
         16 . The method of  claim 15  comprising of a user wearing headgear inviting other users located at remote locations to meet in a virtual environment for shopping. 
     
     
         17 . The method of  claim 15  comprising of users in a virtual reality shopping environment communicating with other shoppers while sitting with them, or walking with them, or running with them or jogging with them or climbing with them. 
     
     
         18 . The method of  claim 15  comprising of shoppers in a virtual reality environment inspecting merchandise located in virtual aisles. 
     
     
         19 . The method of  claim 15  comprising of sales consultants communicating with shoppers to demonstrate merchandise in a virtual reality environment. 
     
     
         20 . The method of  claim 19  comprising of users performing transactions in a virtual reality environment.
