Abstract

This invention makes public a kind of changeable imitation fur and linen face fabric weaved together from warp and weft yarns. The warp yarn uses mixed spun yarn with bamboo fiber and fine polyester as raw materials. The weft yarn uses mixed spun multiple color changeable yarn with allotropic and anisotropic polyester and adhesives as raw materials. The processing technique of this changeable imitation fur and linen is also made public. This invention features soft tactility, abrasion resistance, good drapability, air permeability, flexibility, anti-static and anti-bacterial ability.

1 . A kind of changeable imitation fur and linen face fabric weaved from warp and weft yarns. Its features are: The warp yarn uses mixed spun yarn with bamboo fiber and fine polyester as raw materials. The weft yarn uses mixed spun multiple color changeable yarns with allotropic and anisotropic polyester and adhesives as raw materials. 
   
   
       2 . As mentioned in  claim 1 , the changeable imitation fur and linen face fabric features a mixed spun yarn weight ratio between bamboo fiber and fine polyester of 65:35. 
   
   
       3 . As mentioned in  claim 1 , the allotropic and anisotropic polyester of the changeable imitation fur and linen face fabric is composed of triangular polyester and positive ion polyester. 
   
   
       4 . As mentioned in  claim 1 , the changeable imitation fur and linen face fabric features a mixed spun multiple color changeable yarn weight ratio among triangular polyester, positive ion polyester and adhesive of 25; 40:35 respectively. 
   
   
       5 . As mentioned in  claim 1 , the changeable imitation fur and linen processing technique includes the following procedures: first, weave the warp and weft yarns together into grey fabric. Then pass the grey fabric through the processes of turning, stitching, scouring, water extraction, stentering, pre-setting, dyeing, water extraction, stentering, and finished product setting to complete the entire technique. Its features are: a water absorbent anti-static agent is added to the dyeing process. The water absorbent anti-static agent is diluted into a 15% dispersing liquid and reserved for later use. Prepare and allow the dyeing liquid to gradually raise its temperature to 55-65 degrees C. before an anti-static agent is added. Raise the temperature to 70-90 degrees C., then subsequently slow down the rise of temperature to 115-125 degrees C. in 2 degrees C./min increments. Maintain temperature for 40-50 minutes, and finally, lower the temperature to 60-80 degrees C. to discharge liquid, then proceed to washing process. 
   
   
       6 . As mentioned in  claim 5 , the changeable imitation fur and linen face fabric processing technique features the utilization of dry heating pre-setting in the pre-setting process.
