Shelf Arrangement

Abstract

A shelf arrangement for storing and exhibiting products of at least a first product type and a second product type in a showroom including a first shelf of a first shelf type having at least two shelf bases and a second shelf of a second shelf type having at least two shelf bases. The first shelf base provides a first surface for exhibiting products and the second shelf base has a console attachment that provides a second surface for exhibiting products.

1 . A shelf arrangement for storing and exhibiting products of at least a first product type and a second product type in a showroom comprising:
 a first shelf of a first shelf type having at least two shelf bases, wherein one of the shelf bases forms an uppermost shelf base; and   a second shelf of a second shelf type having at least two shelf bases, wherein one of the shelf bases forms an uppermost shelf base;   wherein the uppermost shelf base of the first shelf provides a first surface for exhibiting products, wherein the uppermost shelf base of the second shelf includes a console attachment that provides a second surface for exhibiting products, and wherein the uppermost shelf base of the first shelf and the uppermost shelf base of the second shelf have the same height.   
   
   
       2 . The shelf arrangement of  claim 1 , wherein first shelf and the second shelf further comprise a shelf body and the uppermost shelf base of the first shelf and the uppermost shelf base of the second shelf, respectively, form part of the shelf body. 
   
   
       3 . The shelf arrangement of  claim 1 , wherein the shelves are accessible from a shelf front side and wherein the height of the console attachment inclines from the front side toward the rear. 
   
   
       4 . The shelf arrangement of  claim 1 , wherein the console attachment is supported on four legs. 
   
   
       5 . The shelf arrangement of  claim 1 , wherein the console attachment includes at least one platform with a first height and one platform with a second height. 
   
   
       6 . The shelf arrangement of  claim 1 , wherein the first shelf, the second shelf, or both further comprise a rear wall. 
   
   
       7 . The shelf arrangement of  claim 6 , wherein the rear wall protrudes over the uppermost shelf base. 
   
   
       8 . The shelf arrangement of  claim 7 , wherein the rear walls have the same height. 
   
   
       9 . The shelf arrangement of  claim 6 , wherein the rear wall further comprises an information sign. 
   
   
       10 . The shelf arrangement of  claim 1 , further comprising a product carrier on the exhibition surface of the uppermost shelf base of the first shelf. 
   
   
       11 . The shelf arrangement of  claim 1 , wherein the first product type on average has a greater volume than the second product type. 
   
   
       12 . The shelf arrangement of  claim 1 , wherein the second shelf features more shelf bases than the first shelf. 
   
   
       13 . The shelf arrangement of  claim 1 , further comprising a carrier system on at least one side wall of the first shelf and/or the second shelf. 
   
   
       14 . The shelf arrangement of  claim 1 , further comprising a lighting system with lamps of a first type and lamps of a second type. 
   
   
       15 . The shelf arrangement of  claim 14 , wherein lamps of the second type are arranged on the underside of the console attachment. 
   
   
       16 . The shelf arrangement of  claim 14 , wherein a closed strip light is arranged on the uppermost shelf base of the first shelf. 
   
   
       17 . A method of exhibiting products using the shelf arrangement of  claim 1 .
