Abstract

The present invention refers to a pack for cigarettes ( 1 ) which presents an articulable top cover ( 8 ) bearing a differentiated closing system ( 13, 14, 15 ) which allows the perfect closing of the packing, even when it is made of substantially soft and low grammage material, such as the soft cup type pack.

A cigarette pack, comprising: a front wall; a back wall; two side walls joined to the edges of the front and back walls; one bottom part comprising bottom walls joined to the front and back walls, respectively, and side flaps joined to the side walls, where the bottom walls are joined one over the other; one top part, comprising side flaps joined to the side walls and a cover joined to the back wall; and one fixation wall joined to a side wall, wherein:
 the cover is articulable around an intersection axle formed by an intersection between an edge of the back wall and an edge of the cover, such cover bearing a tab and an opening capable of receiving a closing tab which is an extension of the front wall at least by its base.   
   
   
       2 . The cigarette pack of  claim 1 , wherein the front wall presents a cutting. 
   
   
       3 . The cigarette pack of  claim 1 , wherein the closing tab presents a perforated area in the front wall. 
   
   
       4 . The cigarette pack of  claim 1 , wherein the closing tab presents a cut area in the front wall. 
   
   
       5 . The cigarette pack of  claim 1 , wherein the intersection axle is perforated. 
   
   
       6 . The cigarette pack of  claim 1 , wherein the intersection axle is cut.
