Abstract

Cooling device for a drink container, including:—a drink container compartment ( 2 ) including a placing opening in or close to the top side thereof for placing of the drink container,—a cooling compartment ( 3 ) for placing a cooling therein, wherein:—the cooling compartment ( 3 ) can be connected in thermal contact to the drink container compartment ( 2 ), and in the position of use the drink container compartment ( 2 ) is arranged at least partly higher than or above the cooling compartment ( 3 ).

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . Cooling device for a drink container, comprising:
a drink container compartment comprising a placing opening in or close to the top side thereof for placing of the drink container, a cooling means compartment for placing a cooling means therein, wherein: the cooling means compartment can be connected in thermal contact to the drink container compartment, and in the position of use the drink container compartment is arranged at least partly higher than or above the cooling means compartment.

2 . Cooling device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein side walls of the cooling means compartment and the drink container compartment are connected in thermal contact.

3 . Cooling device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the cooling means compartment and the drink container compartment can be separated from each other by means of a separating member, and wherein the separating member preferably provides a thermal contact.

4 . Cooling device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein side walls of the cooling means compartment and the drink container compartment comprise in the position of use at least one continuous side wall as seen from the bottom to the top.

5 . Cooling device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the side wall of the cooling device is obtained by means of an extrusion process.

6 . Cooling device as claimed in claim 1 , comprising means for preventing leakage of condensation along the outer side of the side wall of the cooling device.

7 . Cooling device as claimed in claim 6 , wherein the means for preventing leakage of condensation comprise grooves in the outer side of the side wall of the cooling device, wherein the grooves preferably have a mutual distance of 0.1-10 millimetres and/or preferably a depth of 0.01-2 millimetres and/or preferably a width of 0.01-2 millimetres.

8 . Cooling device as claimed in claim 6 , wherein the means for preventing the leakage of condensation comprise a collecting member close to the underside of the outer side of the cooling device.

9 . Cooling device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the cooling device is manufactured at least partially from a metal such as aluminium, steel or copper.

10 . Cooling device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the separating member can be placed on at least one support member.

11 . Cooling device as claimed in claim 10 , wherein the support member can be arranged or is fixed lying against the inner wall of the cooling device.

12 . Cooling device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the separating member comprises one or more openings for gripping thereof.

13 . Cooling device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the cooling device has a substantially cylindrical form.

14 . Cooling device as claimed in claim 1 , comprising a window in the side wall, wherein the window preferably has a width smaller than half the circumference and a height smaller than the height of the drink container compartment.

15 . Cooling device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the cooling means comprises ice or another cooled material.
