Slot Machine

Abstract

A slot machine according to the present invention includes a display device having a first display region for displaying a symbol, a second display region for displaying a payout symbol, and a third display region for displaying a magnification symbol; a memory for memorizing two tables, one for storing identification data of the payout symbol and payout data corresponding to the payout symbol, and the other for storing identification data of the magnification symbol and magnification data corresponding to the magnification symbol; and a controller for controlling the display device and the memory. The controller randomly rearranges the symbol, the payout symbol, and the magnification symbol in the first, the second, and the third display regions, respectively. The controller awards payout determined by multiplying the payout data corresponding to the payout symbol rearranged in the second display region by the magnification data corresponding to the magnification symbol rearranged in the third display region.

1 . A slot machine, comprising:
 a display device including a symbol display region having a first display region for displaying plural types of symbols, a second display region for displaying at least one of plural types of payout symbols for determining payout, and a third display region for displaying at least one of plural types of magnification symbols for determining a payout magnification;   a memory for memorizing two tables, one is for storing identification data of the plural types of payout symbols and payout data corresponding to the payout symbols, and the other is for storing identification data of the plural types of magnification symbols and magnification data corresponding to the magnification symbols; and   a controller for controlling the display device and the memory, the controller being programmed to:   (a) execute a basic game;   (b) randomly rearrange, during the basic game, the plural types of symbols in the first display region, at least one of the plural types of payout symbols in the second display region, and at least one of the plural types of magnification symbols in the third display region; and   (c) award payout determined by multiplying the payout data memorized in the memory, the payout data corresponding to the payout symbol rearranged in the second display region, by the magnification data corresponding to the magnification symbol rearranged in the third display region, by referring to the tables memorized in the memory, in the case where a combination of the symbols displayed on the first display region during the basic game is a predetermined combination.   
   
   
       2 . The slot machine according to  claim 1 , wherein:
 the controller, in the itemized (b), rearranges the plural types of symbols in the first display region after a predetermined period having been preset has elapsed after rearrangement of at least one of the plural types of payout symbols and at least one of the plural types of magnification symbols in the second display region and the third display region, respectively.   
   
   
       3 . The slot machine according to  claim 1 , wherein:
 the controller, in the itemized (b), randomly switches between a first process and a second process, the first process is for rearranging at least one of the plural types of payout symbols and at least one of the plural types of magnification symbols in the second display region and the third display region, respectively, after rearrangement of the plural types of symbols in the first display region, and the second process is for rearranging the plural types of symbols in the first display region after the predetermined period having been preset has elapsed after rearrangement of at least one of the plural types of payout symbols and at least one of the plural types of magnification symbols in the second display region and the third display region, respectively.   
   
   
       4 . The slot machine according to  claim 3 , further comprising:
 a memory for memorizing a first random number table provided with random numbers so as to set a high probability of determination of the first process, and a second random number table provided with random numbers so as to set a high probability of determination of the second process, wherein:   the controller randomly switches between the first process and the second process with use of the second random number table in the case where arrangement of a winning combination in the first display region is internally determined.   
   
   
       5 . The slot machine according to  claim 1 , further comprising:
 a BET button for accepting input of a side-BET, wherein:   the controller, in the itemized (c), awards payout determined by multiplying a value of the payout symbol rearranged in the second display region, by magnification of the magnification symbol rearranged in the third display region on the condition of the input of the side-BET through the BET button.   
   
   
       6 . A slot machine, comprising:
 a display device including a symbol display region having a first display region for displaying plural types of symbols, a second display region for displaying at least one of plural types of payout symbols for determining payout, and a third display region for displaying at least one of plural types of magnification symbols for determining a payout magnification;   a memory for memorizing two tables, one is for storing identification data of the plural types of payout symbols and payout data corresponding to the payout symbols, and the other is for storing identification data of the plural types of magnification symbols and magnification data corresponding to the magnification symbols; and   a controller for controlling the display device and the memory, the controller being programmed to:   (a) execute a basic game;   (b) rearrange, during the basic game, the plural types of symbols in the first display region after a predetermined period having been preset has elapsed after rearrangement of at least one of the plural types of payout symbols and at least one of the plural types of magnification symbols in the second display region and the third display region, respectively; and   (c) award payout determined by multiplying the payout data memorized in the memory, the payout data corresponding to the payout symbol rearranged in the second display region, by the magnification data corresponding to the magnification symbol rearranged in the third display region, by referring to the tables memorized in the memory, in the case where a combination of the symbols displayed on the first display region during the basic game is a predetermined combination.   
   
   
       7 . The slot machine according to  claim 6 , wherein:
 the controller, in the itemized (b), randomly switches between a first process and a second process, the first process is for rearranging at least one of the plural types of payout symbols and at least one of the plural types of magnification symbols in the second display region and the third display region, respectively, after rearrangement of the plural types of symbols in the first display region, and the second process is for rearranging the plural types of symbols in the first display region after the predetermined period having been preset has elapsed after rearrangement of at least one of the plural types of payout symbols and at least one of the plural types of magnification symbols in the second display region and the third display region, respectively.   
   
   
       8 . The slot machine according to  claim 7 , further comprising:
 a memory for memorizing a first random number table provided with random numbers so as to set a high probability of determination of the first process, and a second random number table provided with random numbers so as to set a high probability of determination of the second process, wherein:   the controller randomly switches between the first process and the second process with use of the second random number table in the case where arrangement of a winning combination in the first display region is internally determined.   
   
   
       9 . The slot machine according to  claim 6 , further comprising:
 a BET button for accepting input of a side-BET, wherein:   the controller, in the itemized (c), awards payout determined by multiplying a value of the payout symbol rearranged in the second display region, by magnification of the magnification symbol rearranged in the third display region on the condition of the input of the side-BET through the BET button.   
   
   
       10 . A slot machine, comprising:
 a display device including a symbol display region having a first display region for displaying plural types of symbols, a second display region for displaying at least one of plural types of payout symbols for determining payout, and a third display region for displaying at least one of plural types of magnification symbols for determining a payout magnification;   a memory for memorizing two tables, one is for storing identification data of the plural types of payout symbols and payout data corresponding to the payout symbols, and the other is for storing identification data of the plural types of magnification symbols and magnification data corresponding to the magnification symbols; and   a controller for controlling the display device and the memory, the controller being programmed to:   (a) execute a basic game;   (b) randomly switches between a first process and a second process, the first process is for rearranging at least one of the plural types of payout symbols and at least one of the plural types of magnification symbols in the second display region and the third display region, respectively, after rearrangement of the plural types of symbols in the first display region, and the second process is for rearranging the plural types of symbols in the first display region after the predetermined period having been preset has elapsed after rearrangement of at least one of the plural types of payout symbols and at least one of the plural types of magnification symbols in the second display region and the third display region, respectively; and   (c) award payout determined by multiplying the payout data memorized in the memory, the payout data corresponding to the payout symbol rearranged in the second display region, by the magnification data corresponding to the magnification symbol rearranged in the third display region, by referring to the tables memorized in the memory, in the case where a combination of the symbols displayed on the first display region during the basic game is a predetermined combination.   
   
   
       11 . The slot machine according to  claim 10 , further comprising:
 a memory for memorizing a first random number table provided with random numbers so as to set a high probability of determination of the first process, and a second random number table provided with random numbers so as to set a high probability of determination of the second process, wherein:   the controller randomly switches between the first process and the second process with use of the second random number table in the case where arrangement of a winning combination in the first display region is internally determined.   
   
   
       12 . The slot machine according to  claim 10 , further comprising:
 a BET button for accepting input of a side-BET, wherein:   the controller, in the itemized (c), awards payout determined by multiplying a value of the payout symbol rearranged in the second display region, by magnification of the magnification symbol rearranged in the third display region on the condition of the input of the side-BET through the BET button.
