Abstract
An automatic pallet cleaning apparatus for cleaning a pallet which has an object to be cleaned by removing dust deposited thereon. The apparatus includes a conveyance mechanism, an air jet unit and a suction unit. The conveyance mechanism conveys the pallet into a body of the automatic pallet cleaning apparatus. The air jet unit jets air against the pallet conveyed by the conveyance mechanism. The suction unit sucks dust removed from the pallet by the air jet unit.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . An automatic pallet cleaning apparatus for cleaning a pallet which is an object to be cleaned, by removing dust deposited thereon, the apparatus comprising:
a conveyance mechanism which conveys the pallet into a body of the automatic pallet cleaning apparatus; an air jet unit which jets air against the pallet conveyed by the conveyance mechanism; and a suction unit which sucks dust removed from the pallet by the air jet unit.
2 . The automatic pallet cleaning apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the air jet unit has an air jet angle adjustment mechanism in which an air jet angle with respect to the pallet is adjustable.
3 . The automatic pallet cleaning apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the suction unit sucks air in the body of the automatic pallet cleaning apparatus and has a function which provides a negative pressure state in the body of the automatic pallet cleaning apparatus with respect to outside pressure.
4 . The automatic pallet cleaning apparatus according to claim 2 , wherein the suction unit sucks air in the body of the automatic pallet cleaning apparatus and has a function which provides a negative pressure state in the body of the automatic pallet cleaning apparatus with respect to outside pressure.
5 . The automatic pallet cleaning apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the conveyance mechanism has a conveyance speed control means which controls a conveyance speed of the pallet conveyed by the conveyance mechanism.
6 . The automatic pallet cleaning apparatus according to claim 2 , wherein the conveyance mechanism has a conveyance speed control means which controls a conveyance speed of the pallet conveyed by the conveyance mechanism.
7 . The automatic pallet cleaning apparatus according to claim 3 , wherein the conveyance mechanism has a conveyance speed control means which controls a conveyance speed of the pallet conveyed by the conveyance mechanism.
8 . The automatic pallet cleaning apparatus according to claim 4 , wherein the conveyance mechanism has a conveyance speed control means which controls a conveyance speed of the pallet conveyed by the conveyance mechanism.
9 . The automatic pallet cleaning apparatus according to claim 1 , further comprising a dust count unit which counts the amount of dust sucked by the suction unit.
10 . The automatic pallet cleaning apparatus according to claim 2 , further comprising a dust count unit which counts the amount of dust sucked by the suction unit.
11 . The automatic pallet cleaning apparatus according to claim 3 , further comprising a dust count unit which counts the amount of dust sucked by the suction unit.
12 . The automatic pallet cleaning apparatus according to claim 4 , further comprising a dust count unit which counts the amount of dust sucked by the suction unit.
13 . The automatic pallet cleaning apparatus according to claim 5 , further comprising a dust count unit which counts the amount of dust sucked by the suction unit.
14 . The automatic pallet cleaning apparatus according to claim 6 , further comprising a dust count unit which counts the amount of dust sucked by the suction unit.
15 . The automatic pallet cleaning apparatus according to claim 7 , further comprising a dust count unit which counts the amount of dust sucked by the suction unit.
16 . The automatic pallet cleaning apparatus according to claim 8 , further comprising a dust count unit which counts the amount of dust sucked by the suction unit.
17 . The method for positioning the automatic pallet cleaning apparatus between two connected conveyors in assembly line, the method comprising:
separating the connected conveyors in assembly line by the length of the automatic pallet cleaning apparatus, putting the automatic pallet cleaning apparatus in the space area which is formed between the conveyors in assembly line, and adjusting the height of the conveyor in the automatic pallet cleaning apparatus so that it is equal to the height of the conveyors in assembly line.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
