Abstract

Resin composition comprising ground waste of resin impregnated materials.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
.- 15 . (canceled)

. A resin composition, comprising ground waste of resin impregnated material.

. The resin composition of claim 16 , wherein the ground waste has a particle size of 150 μm or less.

. The resin composition of claim 16 , wherein the ground waste has a particle size of 100 μm or less.

. The resin composition of claim 16 , wherein the ground waste has a particle size of 25-80 μm.

. The resin composition of claim 16 , wherein the ground waste has a particle size of 25-45 μm.

. The resin composition of claim 16 , comprising 30% (per weight) or less of ground waste.

. The resin composition according to claim 16 , comprising 21% (per weight) or less of ground waste.

. The resin composition of claim 16 , wherein the ground waste originates from a material impregnated with a duroplast.

. The resin composition of claim 16 , wherein the ground waste originates from a material impregnated with aminoplast or phenoplast.

. The resin composition of claim 23 , wherein said duroplast is not fully cured.

. The resin composition of claim 23 , wherein the duroplast exhibits a degree of condensation of 70% or less.

. The resin composition of claim 23 , wherein the duroplast exhibits a degree of condensation of 20-40%.

. The resin composition of claim 16 , comprising an amino resin.

. The resin composition of claim 28 , wherein the amino resin is selected from the group consisting of melanin, urea resin, and a mixture thereof.

. A layered material, comprising a base material impregnated with a resin composition which is comprised of ground waste of resin impregnated material.

. The layered material of claim 30 , wherein the base material is impregnated with a non-waste resin prior to being impregnated with the resin composition.

. The layered material of claim 31 , wherein the base material is dried after being impregnated with the non-waste resin.

. The layered material of claim 30 , wherein the base material is a paper with a paper weight of 40-120 g/m 2 .

. The layered material of claim 30 , wherein the base material is a paper with a paper weight of 60-80 g/m 2 .

. A laminate, comprising:
a layered material having a base material impregnated with a resin composition which is comprised of ground waste of resin impregnated material; and a carrying layer, wherein the layered material faces towards the carrying layer with a side being impregnated with the resin composition.

. A method of producing an impregnated layered material having a base material and a resin, said method comprising the step of impregnating the base material with a resin composition comprised of ground waste of resin impregnated material.

. The method of claim 36 , further comprising the step of impregnating the layered material with a resin composition without ground waste of resin impregnated material (non-waste resin) prior to being impregnated with the resin composition.

. The method of claim 37 , wherein the layered material is oriented towards the carrying layer with its side being impregnated with the resin corn position.
