Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 - 25 . (canceled)
. An operational module for a domestic appliance door having a recess formed therein, the operating module including at least one operational control, the operating module comprising a body portion configured for at least partial insertion into the recess of the domestic appliance door.
. The operational module according to claim 26 wherein the body includes a first portion configured for at least partial insertion into the recess and a second portion configured for projecting outwardly from this recess.
. The operational module according to claim 27 wherein the first body portion projects rearwardly when inserted into the recess.
. The operational module according to claim 27 wherein the first body portion is configured to operationally house at least one of electrical and electronic components, and the second body portion is configured to operationally house operational controls.
. The control module according to claim 26 wherein the second body portion includes a part extending laterally beyond the recess.
. The operational module according to claim 30 wherein the part extending laterally beyond the recess is configured for placement on a front door panel of the domestic appliance door, especially with a seal.
. The operational module according to claim 25 and further comprising a cover plate for covering at least a portion of a side edge of the domestic appliance door.
. The operational module according to claim 32 wherein the cover plate projects laterally across an area of the side edge adjacent the cover plate.
. The operational module according to claim 25 wherein the operational controls include at least one of switches and display panels.
. The operational module according to claim 34 wherein the operational controls include at least one display panel and at least one rotary switch.
. The operational module according to claim 35 wherein the at least one rotary switch is disposed below the display panel.
. The operational module according to claim 36 and further comprising at least one button switch disposed adjacent the display panel.
. The operational module according to claim 37 wherein the at least one button switch includes a plurality of push button switches positioned to at least one of the left and the right of the display panel.
. The operational module according to claim 38 wherein the plurality of button switches are disposed symmetrically to the left and to the right of the display panel.
. The operational module according to claim 39 wherein the button switches are configured as pushbuttons.
. The operational module according to claim 37 wherein the button switches and the display panel are covered by a common cover, especially a common pane.
. The operational module according to claim 35 wherein at least one of the display panel and the button switches are positioned in an area of the second body portion generally opposing the first body portion.
. The operational module according to claim 35 wherein the at least one rotary switch is disposed on the part extending laterally beyond the recess.
. The operational module according to claim 27 wherein the second body portion is formed with a taper at least partly at an edge area.
. The operational module according to claim 44 wherein the part extending laterally beyond the recess is tapered, especially toward the front door panel.
. The operational module according to claim 44 wherein the operational module body is tapered on a side facing away from an edge of the domestic appliance door.
. The operational module according to claim 25 wherein the switches are arranged in pairs symmetrically around a vertical central axis.
. The control module according to claim 25 wherein the control module is formed with at least one attachment element, especially a threaded hole for accepting a screw.
. A domestic appliance door, especially an oven door comprising a door body being formed with at least one recess therein, and at least one operational module, the operating module including at least one operational control and a body portion configured for at least partial insertion into the recess.
. The domestic appliance, especially a cooking appliance, with a domestic appliance door according to claim 49 and further comprising an integrally formed operating panel.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
