Abstract

Endoscopic biopsy forceps as one of endoscopic treatment tools of the present invention include a flexible insertion section. The proximal end portion of the insertion section is received in an operating section. A closely wound coil is exposed to the proximal end portion of the insertion section, and the proximal end portion of the coil is enlarged in diameter to form an enlarged-diameter portion. A protrusion is formed in an operation section body, and the enlarged-diameter portion of the coil is locked by the protrusion to restrict the movement of the coil, thereby preventing slipping off of the insertion section.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . An endoscopic treatment tool comprising:
an insertion section that has flexibility to enable its insertion into a channel of an endoscope; a treatment section that is disposed on a distal end side of the insertion section, and which performs a treatment on a living body; and an operating section that is disposed in a proximal end portion of the insertion section, and which performs an operation of the treatment section, wherein an operating wire is inserted into the insertion section so as to be freely moved forward and backward, and the operating wire connects the operating section to a driving portion of the treatment section, the operating section comprising: a receiving section that is configured to receive the proximal end portion of the insertion section therein; and a protrusion that is formed so as to decrease the width of the receiving section, the insertion section comprising a wire coil, and wherein an enlarged-diameter portion is formed in the proximal end portion of the coil so as to be engaged with the protrusion.

2 . An endoscopic treatment tool comprising:
an insertion section that has flexibility to enable its insertion into a channel of an endoscope; a treatment section that is disposed on a distal end side of the insertion section, and which performs a treatment on a living body; and an operating section that is disposed in a proximal end portion of the insertion section, and which performs an operation of the treatment section, wherein an operating wire is inserted into the insertion section so as to be freely moved forward and backward, and the operating wire connects the operating section to a driving portion of the treatment section, the insertion section comprising a wire coil, and wherein a pressing member is inserted into the proximal end of the coil so as to enlarge a winding diameter of the coil, thereby forming an enlarged-diameter portion in the coil so as to be engaged with the operating section.
