Abstract
A mechanism for releasably locking a drawer and preventing the drawer from inadvertently slipping out of its recess includes a user-accessible bar that actuates locking hooks to release the drawer from a locked position.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A type of drawer anti-slipout mechanism with handle limiting jam bar, comprising drawer handle plate ( 1 ), lock hook plate ( 2 ), hinge ( 3 ), spring ( 4 ), drawer panel ( 5 ) and limiting block ( 6 ), wherein:
a. main body of said drawer handle plate ( 1 ) being in the shape of “ ” strip, and comprising middle main plane ( 7 ), hand control bent side ( 8 ) and assembling bent side ( 9 ); edge ( 10 ) of said hand control bent side ( 8 ) being folded toward inside by 180 degrees; said assembling bent side ( 9 ) being provided with hinge mounting hole ( 11 ), lock hook plate mounting hole ( 12 ) and spring ( 4 ) limiting tappet mounting hole ( 13 ); and “L” shaped assembling notch ( 14 ) being provided on lower edge of assembling bent side at left and right ends; b. main body of lock hook plate ( 2 ) being in the shape of “L”, comprising a straight mounting plate ( 16 ) with positioning assembling hole ( 15 ) and a hook plate ( 19 ) with upward convex buckle hook ( 17 ) at upper edge near end and inclined hacking work edge ( 18 ) at top end; c. hinge ( 3 ) comprising two closure leaves ( 20 ) and ( 21 ) connected by spindle; d. main body of drawer panel ( 5 ) being in the shape of right angle “Z” and comprising middle main panel ( 22 ) and upper and lower vertical bent sides ( 23 ) and ( 24 ); e. a decoration strip ( 26 ) with a card insertion slot ( 25 ) at outer side and a handle limiting jam bar ( 30 ) at inner side being inserted/embedded on folded edge ( 10 ) (toward inside by 180 degrees) of the hand control bent side ( 8 );
2 . The drawer anti-slipout mechanism with handle limiting jam bar of claim 1 , wherein said handle limiting jam bar ( 30 ) slightly deflects outward at its end and is fitted on inner side embedded edge of the decoration strip ( 26 );
3 . The drawer anti-slipout mechanism with handle limiting jam bar of claim 1 , wherein drawer panel ( 5 ) is close to drawer front frame plate ( 27 );
4 . The drawer anti-slipout mechanism with handle limiting jam bar of claim 1 , wherein said lock hook plate ( 2 ) is installed on inner side of assembling bent side ( 9 ) on drawer handle plate ( 1 ) by means of positioning assembling hole ( 15 ) on the straight mounting plate ( 16 ) and screws or rivets ( 29 );
5 . The drawer anti-slipout mechanism with handle limiting jam bar of claim 1 , wherein said one closure leaf ( 20 ) of hinge ( 3 ) is installed on inner side of drawer front frame plate ( 27 ) by screws or rivets ( 29 ), and the other closure leaf ( 21 ) is installed on inner side of assembling bent side ( 9 ) on drawer handle plate ( 1 ) by screws or rivets ( 29 );
6 . The drawer anti-slipout mechanism with handle limiting jam bar of claim 1 , wherein said spring ( 4 ) is installed between inner side of assembling bent side ( 9 ) on drawer handle plate ( 1 ) and inner side of drawer front frame plate ( 27 ) via limiting tappet on inner side of assembling bent side ( 9 ) on drawer handle plate ( 1 );
7 . The drawer anti-slipout mechanism with handle limiting jam bar of claim 1 , wherein said limiting blocks ( 6 ) are vertically fixed on positions on drawer hole left and right side walls corresponding to their outer side and buckle side ( 28 ) of upward convex buckle hook ( 17 ) on end of hook plate ( 19 ) when the drawer is pushed in.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
