Auxiliary descending device for a toilet seat

Abstract

An auxiliary descending device for a toilet seat comprises a base disposed on the top of a toilet seat and including a cushion for covering the base. The base also includes a through hole vertically formed at the central portion thereof for communicating with a central opening of the toilet seat so that the front end of the cushion may axially connect with the base by way of a coupling structure. Two supports for user's holding by hands are secured on two sides of the base respectively, and the free ends thereof are coupled onto the rear periphery of the cushion, between the base and the cushion are mounted suffering elements so as to have expandable positioning between the rear ends of the cushion and the base and to control the supports to swing upwardly and then to be positioned, thereby having comfortness while in use.

1 . An auxiliary descending device for a toilet seat comprising
 a base disposed on the top of a toilet seat;   a cushion covered onto said base;   a through hole vertically formed at the central portion of said base for communicating with a central opening of said toilet seat so that the front end of said cushion may axially connect with said base by way of a coupling structure;   two supports for user's holding by hands secured on two sides of said base respectively;   characterized in the free ends thereof are coupled onto the rear periphery of said cushion, between said base and said cushion are mounted suffering elements so as to have expandable positioning between the rear ends of said cushion and said base and to control said supports to swing upwardly and then to be positioned, thereby having comfortness while in use.

The auxiliary descending device for the toilet seat as claimed in  claim 1 , characterized in one end of each of said supports is axially disposed at the front periphery of each of two sides of said base, yet another end thereof is coupled at the rear periphery of said cushion, such that said suffering elements may control said supports to swing upwardly by way of said cushion and then to be positioned, thereby easing the action resulting from user's downward movement. 
   
   
       3 . The auxiliary descending device for the toilet seat as claimed in  claim 2 , characterized in said base also includes a receiving cavity formed at the front periphery on each of two sides thereof, and includes a recess arranged at the rear periphery on each of two sides thereof;
 each of said supports is constructed in the shape of a bow, and one end of each of said supports is fitted in said receiving cavity, yet another end thereof is affixed a pivotal holder coupled to the bottom of the rear periphery of said cushion, such that as user sits on said cushion, the bottom of said cushion may totally contact with the top surface of said base so that another end of said support and said pivotal holder may be stored in said recess together.   
   
   
       4 . The auxiliary descending device for the toilet seat as claimed in  claim 2 , characterized in said suffering elements are respectively comprised of a cylinder.

The auxiliary descending device for the toilet seat as claimed in  claim 4 , characterized in a cylinder is placed in said base and includes a movable piston rod for axially connecting with a connecting rod, another end of which is axially coupled with said cushion, hence while said cylinder releases pressure in a normal status, said piston rod extends to urge said cushion through said connecting rod, having an expandable positioning between the rear ends of said cushion and said base, and enabling to control said support to swing upwardly and then to be positioned.

The auxiliary descending device for the toilet seat as claimed in  claim 5 , characterized in on the top surface of said base is mounted a lengthwise groove; at predetermined positions on the bottom of said cushion proximate to said coupling structure are provided with tabs extending downwardly; said cylinder is placed in said groove and said movable piston rod extends toward said tab so that between the free ends of said tab and said piston rod is axially disposed said connecting rod. 
   
   
       7 . The auxiliary descending device for the toilet seat as claimed in  claim 2 , characterized in between said cushion and said base are attached springs so as to form another suffering elements. 
   
   
       8 . The auxiliary descending device for the toilet seat as claimed in  claim 6 , characterized in each of said springs is affixed to one end of said support.

The auxiliary descending device for the toilet seat as claimed in  claim 1 , characterized in said base is molded in a hollow shape therein and said through hole thereof has an annular portion arranged around the periphery of the bottom of said through hole for matching with the rim of the central opening of said toilet seat, and a fixing structure matching with said annular portion of said base is provided to clamp said base onto said toilet seat.

The auxiliary descending device for the toilet seat as claimed in  claim 2 , characterized in said base is molded in a hollow shape therein and said through hole thereof has an annular portion arranged around the periphery of the bottom of said through hole for matching with the rim of the central opening of said toilet seat, and a fixing structure matching with said annular portion of said base is provided to clamp said base onto said toilet seat.
