Method of producing iron core and apparatus for producing iron core
Abstract
An iron core-producing method of the invention includes at least the step of blanking an iron core T from a strip W in such a manner that a longitudinal direction of the substantially linear iron core T is inclined relative to a direction of a width of the strip W. An iron core-producing apparatus of the invention for blanking a substantially linear iron core T from a strip W includes at least a punch disposed such that its longitudinal direction is inclined relative to a direction of a width of the strip W, and a die 13 which is provided beneath the punch, and is disposed such that its longitudinal direction is inclined relative to the direction of the width of the strip W.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 - 7 . (canceled)
8 . An iron core-producing method for blanking substantially linear iron cores from a strip having a length and width, the method comprising the steps of:
providing: a) a first punch; b) a first die; c) a second punch; and d) a second die; blanking a first iron core from the strip through the first punch and first die in such a manner that a longitudinal direction of the first iron core is inclined relative to and greater than the width of the strip; and blanking a second iron core from the strip through the second punch and second die in such a manner that a longitudinal direction of the second iron core is inclined relative to and greater than the width of the strip, wherein the first punch and first die are spaced lengthwise relative to the strip from the second punch and second die, the method further comprising the step of moving the strip lengthwise for processing sequentially by the first punch and first die and the second punch and second die.
9 . The method as claimed in claim 8 , wherein the steps of blanking the first and second iron cores comprise blanking the first and second iron cores in a manner that the first and second iron cores have an equal length.
10 . An iron core-producing method for blanking a substantially linear iron core from a strip having a length and width, the method comprising the steps of:
providing a first punch and first die; advancing the strip lengthwise relative to the strip to the first punch and first die; and through the first punch and first die blanking a first linear iron core from the strip with a length greater than the width of the strip and comprising a plurality of interconnected pole pieces each having a yoke portion, a tooth portion projecting from the yoke portion, and an interconnecting portion connected to an adjacent pole piece.
11 . The method as claimed in claim 10 , further comprising the step of providing a second punch and second die and processing the strip using the second punch and second die.
12 . The method as claimed in claim 11 , wherein the step of processing the strip using the second punch and second die comprises blanking a second linear iron core with a length greater than the width of the strip.
13 . The method as claimed in claim 11 , further comprising the step of sequentially processing the strip through the first punch and first die and second punch and second die.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
