Abstract

A combination stuffed toy contains features of both a plant and an animal or another combination of entities. Preferably, the toy is a stuffed plant-animal combination comprising a cover with a plant component and an animal component which stores a stuffing material. Plant-animal combination toys are not only aesthetically pleasing but are also intellectually stimulating. Plant-animal combination toys require users to think to determine what the plant-animal combination is, as well as encourage users to utilize their imaginations. Plant-animal combination toys are also able to be used as a support, either emotionally or physically.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A stuffed combination apparatus comprising:
 a. stuffing material; and b. a cover for containing the stuffing material wherein the cover includes one or more components representing a plurality of entities.

2 . The apparatus as claimed in claim 1 wherein the plurality of entities are selected from the group consisting of plants, animals, musical instruments and food.

3 . The apparatus as claimed in claim 1 wherein the stuffing material is selected from the group consisting of polyfiber filling, feathers, cotton, sand, beans and pellets.

       4 . A stuffed combination apparatus comprising:
 a. a plant component; and b. an animal component coupled to the plant component forming a plant-animal combination.

5 . The apparatus as claimed in claim 4 wherein the plant component and the animal component are comprised of a material.

6 . The apparatus as claimed in claim 5 wherein the material of the plant component is different from the material of the animal component.

7 . The apparatus as claimed in claim 5 wherein the material is plush.

8 . The apparatus as claimed in claim 5 wherein the material contains a texture.

9 . The apparatus as claimed in claim 8 wherein the texture is selected from the group consisting of sticky, rough, soft and hard.

10 . The apparatus as claimed in claim 5 wherein the material of the plant component contains a first texture and the material of the animal component contains a second texture different from the first texture.

11 . The apparatus as claimed in claim 4 further comprising a first stuffing material contained within the plant component and the animal component, wherein the first stuffing material is selected from the group consisting of polyfiber filling, feathers, cotton, sand, beans and pellets.

12 . The apparatus as claimed in claim 4 further comprising at least one of an additional plant component and an additional animal component.

13 . The apparatus as claimed in claim 4 wherein a plant name corresponding to the plant component and an animal name corresponding to the animal component each have at least one similarly sounding aspect.

14 . The apparatus as claimed in claim 4 wherein a plant name corresponding to the plant component and an animal name corresponding to the animal component each have at least one similarly spelled aspect.

15 . The apparatus as claimed in claim 11 wherein at least one of the plant component and the animal component contains a plurality of additional parts which include a second stuffing wherein the second stuffing is different from the first stuffing.

       16 . A stuffed combination apparatus comprising:
 a. stuffing material; and b. a cover for containing the stuffing material, the cover including an animal component and a plant component, further wherein a plant name corresponding to the plant component and an animal name corresponding to the animal component each have at least one similarly sounding aspect and at least one similarly spelled aspect.

       17 . A stuffed combination apparatus comprising:
 a. a musical instrument component; and b. an animal component coupled to the musical instrument component forming a musical instrument-animal combination.

18 . The apparatus as claimed in claim 17 further comprising a stuffing material contained within the musical instrument component and the animal component.

19 . The apparatus as claimed in claim 18 wherein the stuffing material is selected from the group consisting of polyfiber filling, feathers, cotton, sand, beans and pellets.

20 . The apparatus as claimed in claim 17 wherein a musical instrument name corresponding to the musical instrument component and an animal name corresponding to the animal component each have at least one similarly sounding aspect.

21 . The apparatus as claimed in claim 17 wherein a musical instrument name corresponding to the musical instrument component and an animal name corresponding to the animal component each have at least one similarly spelled aspect.

22 . A method of producing a combination stuffed apparatus comprising:
 a. generating a cover wherein the cover includes a plurality of components representing a plurality of entities; and b. inserting stuffing material into the cover.

23 . The method as claimed in claim 22 wherein the plurality of entities are selected from the group consisting of plants, animals, musical instruments and food.

24 . The method as claimed in claim 22 wherein the stuffing material is selected from the group consisting of polyfiber filling, feathers, cotton, sand, beans and pellets.

25 . The method as claimed in claim 22 wherein inserting the stuffing into the cover is selected from the group consisting of stuffing the stuffing and pouring the stuffing.
