Production method of aminopyrimidine compound

Abstract

Aminopyrimidine compounds represented by formula (3) may be efficiently prepared by reacting an azlactone compound represented by formula (1) with an amidine compound represented by formula (2) or a salt thereof: wherein R 1 , R 2 and M are as defined in the specification.

The compound or salt thereof of  claim 8 , wherein R 1  is a linear or branched chain alkyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, which optionally has one or more substituents, an aryl group having 6 to 20 carbon atoms, which optionally has one or more substituents or an aralkyl group optionally having one or more substituents, wherein the aryl moiety of said aralkyl group is an aryl group having 6 to 12 carbon atoms and the alkyl moiety of said aralkyl group is a linear or branched chain alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms. 
   
   
       10 . The compound or salt thereof of  claim 9 , wherein R 1  is a methyl group, an ethyl group, or a benzyl group.

The compound or salt thereof of  claim 8 , wherein R 3  is a linear or branched chain alkyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, which optionally has one or more substituents, an aryl group having 6 to 20 carbon atoms, which optionally has one or more substituents, or an aralkyl group optionally having one or more substituents, wherein the aryl moiety of said aralkyl group is an aryl group having 6 to 12 carbon atoms and the alkyl moiety of said aralkyl group is a linear or branched chain alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms. 
   
   
       12 . The compound or salt thereof of  claim 11 , wherein R 3  is a methyl group, an ethyl group, a phenyl group, a chlorophenyl group, a tolyl group, or a benzyl group. 
   
   
       13 . The compound or salt thereof of  claim 8 , which is selected from the group consisting of 2-methoxy-6-oxo-5-phenylacetylamino-1,6-dihydropyrimidine, 2-methoxy-6-oxo-5-acetylamino-1,6-dihydropyrimidine, and a salt thereof. 
   
   
       14 . The compound or salt thereof of  claim 8 , which is 2-methoxy-6-oxo-5-phenylacetylamino-1,6-dihydropyrimidine or a salt thereof. 
   
   
       15 . The compound or salt thereof of  claim 8 , which is 2-methoxy-6-oxo-5-acetylamino-1,6-dihydropyrimidine or a salt thereof.
