Abstract
This invention relates A wet dust remover, comprising a Venturi tube and a cylindrical washer, wherein the Venturi tube includes a convergent section, a throat section and a diffusion section, the sidewall of said throat section is provided with one or more through holes, the outer ends of the one or more through holes are connected to a pressure water pipe, the outer end of said diffusion section constitutes the outlet of the Venturi tube, the outer end of said convergent section constitutes the inlet of the Venturi tube, wherein the cylindrical washer includes a plurality of nozzles and a plurality of layers of dehydration wire meshes, the plurality of nozzles and the plurality of layers of dehydration wire meshes are placed in cross sections inside cylindrical washer. This wet dust remover feature less investment, high dust removing efficiency and relative long life, low water consumption and low operation costs and it can be mainly used in dusting applications for industrial dust and high concentration flue gas of all industrial furnaces and kilns.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A wet dust remover, comprising:
a Venturi tube; and a cylindrical washer, wherein the Venturi tube includes a convergent section, a throat section and a diffusion section, wherein a sidewall of said throat section is provided with one or more through holes, wherein outer ends of the one or more through holes are connected to a pressure water pipe, wherein an outer end of said diffusion section forms an outlet of the Venturi tube and an outer end of said convergent section forms an inlet of the Venturi tube, and wherein the cylindrical washer includes a plurality of nozzles and a plurality of layers of dehydration wire meshes, wherein the plurality of nozzles and the plurality of layers of dehydration wire meshes are placed in a cross sections inside cylindrical washer.
2 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the throat section is a rectangular tube.
3 . The system of claim 2 , wherein the sidewall of the throat section is provided with a plurality of through holes evenly located on two opposite sides of the rectangular tube.
4 . The system of claim 3 , wherein the through holes on the sidewall of the throat section spread on the entire throat section or more than a half of the throat section from a connection position of the throat section and the convergent section.
5 . The system of claim 4 , wherein the one or more through holes are enclosed by an enclosure case outside of the throat section, and wherein the enclosure case is connected with a water inlet pipe which is connected to a pump.
6 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the cylindrical washer is of a U shape and is formed of two incorporated cylinder shells.
7 . The system of claim 6 , wherein an inlet pipe of the cylindrical washer is connected to one cylinder shell of the cylindrical washer and an outlet pipe is installed on a top of another cylinder shell of the cylindrical washer.
8 . The system of claim 7 , wherein the bottom of said cylindrical washer is of an arched shape.
9 . The system of claim 8 , wherein the number of said dehydration wire meshes is from one to three.
10 . The system of claim 9 , wherein each of the cylinder shell has a plurality of said nozzles and the plurality of said layers of dehydration in it.
11 . The system of claim 5 , wherein the cylindrical washer is of an U shape and is formed of two incorporated cylinder shells.
12 . The system of claim 11 , wherein an inlet pipe of the cylindrical washer is connected to one cylinder shell of the cylindrical washer and an outlet pipe is installed on a top of another cylinder shell of the cylindrical washer.
13 . The system of claim 12 , wherein the bottom of said cylindrical washer is of an arched shape.
14 . The system of claim 13 , wherein the number of said dehydration wire meshes is from one to three.
