Abstract
A cushion pad for use when submerged in the water of a bathtub, or the like, comprising of flexibility, and waterproof. A user may rest his or her head against the comfy pad. A first pad supports the head and a second pad supports the neck, and the third pad supports the chin. The support pads are attachable and detachable with respect to conformed desired orthopedic support relationship between the head, and the neck and the chin to hold its contour texture in and out of water. Suction cups are attached on the back of the first cushion in place to adhere to the back of the wall and tub, or the like. The second and third cushions adhere in place to rest on the head sink and on the ophthalmoscope.

A comfy pad for use in a bath tub comprising: (1) multiplicity and different sizes and shapes of said comfy pad, one of said comfy pad being of such arrangement to accommodate, attach and detachment of said comfy pad to the bath tub, or the like: (2) a water-proof comfy pad of the said comfy pad: (3) means joining said comfy pad device to suction cup elements; (4) means to cause said comfy pad elements to adhere to a bath tub , or the like surface when water is in said bath tub, or the like; (5) a second of the said comfy pad means to cause said comfy pad to adhere to a head sink surface when washing hair; and (6) a third of said comfy pad means to cause said comfy pad to adhere to a ophthalmoscope surface when examining the eyes, all of said comfy pad structures so that a user may rest at least a head, neck, and chin of the user against the front of said the comfy pad.
2 . The comfy pad of claim 1 wherein the multiply pad devices are comprising silicone material.
3 . The comfy pad of claim 1 wherein of multiply shapes and adhering material are used as the means to hold said comfy pad in contact with a surface.

The comfy pad claim 1 wherein the said suction cup devices are integrally formed with one surface, and wherein the said comfy pad technology selected from the group consisting of molding, welding, or bonding as one device to adhere under one contact position to the pad permanently to adhere to the tub, or the like.
5 . The comfy pad of claim 2 wherein the said suction cups adhering to the underside of said pad as the means by which the said pad elements are adhered in contact as one to attach in position to the tub, or the like surface when filled with water.
6 . The comfy pad of claim 5 wherein the said comfy pad is integrally formed to be of waterproof and maintaining its texture while in contact with water.
7 . The comfy pads of claim 2 wherein the said comfy pad are kept in contact with the Head sink when washing the hair.
