Support for washing and storage of casks
Abstract
It comprises three basic parts, a central part ( 1 ) which configures a type of pallet with metallic panels and crossbars, and two side parts ( 2 - 2 ′), physically independent from the central part and fixed to it with screws ( 14 ) and with its corresponding nuts. This way the pallet can be stored and carried independently, this is the side parts ( 2 - 2 ′) are physically independent from the central part ( 1 ), using a minimum space but at the same time it can be easily assembled with the help of the screws when so required. It is different from other supports in that in conventional supports the structure is rigid and impossible to dismantle, and therefore it occupies a considerable space when it is used for storage and transport.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . Improvement in the support for cleaning and storage of casks, in particular wine casks, for the stabilization of a variable number of casks, having optionally the possibility of free rotation over its own axis, and of the piling up, with the main characteristic that it is constituted by three basic parts physically independent: a central part( 1 ) which gives shape to a type of metallic pallet and with the necessary means to give support to the casks ( 6 ), and two side parts ( 2 - 2 ′) fixed to the central part ( 1 ) with screws ( 14 ) and they constitute the side walls of the support, which adopts a configuration basically channeled in section “U”, in a way that the side parts ( 2 - 2 ′) are independent from the main part ( 1 ) during the storage and cleaning of the support.
2 . Improvement in the support for cleaning and storage of casks, according to claim 1 , because the intermediate part ( 1 ) which has the shape of a pallett, is constituted by a diversity of panels ( 3 ) and crosspieces ( 4 ), located on two different levels determined by separators ( 5 ), welded together, and they configure a three-dimensional body with direct accessibility for the pitchfork of a lift truck or similar to reach its perimeter.
3 . Improvement in the support for cleaning and storage of casks, according to claims mentioned above, because the side parts ( 2 - 2 ′) incorporate a couple of vertical panels ( 7 - 7 ′) that in their lower ending are finished in large inner expansions ( 11 ) which work as legs, and they have a gradual reduction in their inner edge ( 12 ) for the settlement of the corresponding vertexes ( 13 ) of the intermediate part or pallet ( 1 ) and this way the three parts are fixed with the mentioned crews, which simultaneously go through the pallet structure and through the legs of the lateral parts.
4 . Improvement in the support for cleaning and storage of casks, according to claims mentioned above, because each side part ( 2 - 2 ′) incorporate a lower panel ( 9 ) situated in correspondence with the upper level of the pallet, and from which emerge in its middle area another extension ( 11 ) wider than the endings ( 11 ) and which is also fixed to the structure of the pallet with screws ( 1 ).
5 . Improvement in the support for cleaning and storage of casks, according to claims mentioned above, because the side parts ( 2 - 2 ′) incorporate in their upper area a panel ( 10 ) with the form of an angular cross section, straight, with closed endings and its concavity orientated towards the inner and upper area, and these panels form a base which holds the casks in a second support in the housing between the supports.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
