Side panel for heating room and construction process
Abstract
The present invention relates to edge panel blocks for room heating consisting of an edge panel block (Ia) comprising a heat transmitting plate ( 4 ) laid on a heat insulating layer ( 3 ) with supports ( 3 a ) therein; a heat storage layer ( 5 ) laid on the heat transmitting plate ( 4 ); a U-shaped groove ( 2 a ) formed with a depth going through the thickness of the heat storage layer ( 5 ) and further halfway into the heat insulating layer ( 3 ) in such a way that the ends of the U-shaped groove ( 2 a ) may align with the grooves of the adjacent panel block; an edge panel block (Ib) comprising a heat insulating layer ( 3 ), a heat transmitting plate ( 4 ), a heat storage layer ( 5 ); a U-shaped groove ( 2 b ) and a straight groove ( 2 c ) behind the U-shaped groove ( 2 b) for connection at both ends, said edge panel blocks (Ia, Ib) forming one set of edge panel blocks, for inserting a heating tube (P) and laying finishing materials ( 6 ) thereon.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . Edge panel blocks ( 1 a, 1 b ) for heating a room laid along with rectangular central straight panel blocks ( 1 ) formed with straight grooves ( 2 ) according to the width of a room, characterized in that said edge panel blocks ( 1 a, 1 b ) comprise:
an edge panel block ( 1 a ) consisting of a heat transmitting plate ( 4 ) laid on top of a heat insulating layer ( 3 ) in a manner of enclosing the lower half of a heating tube (P), a heat storage layer laid on top of the heat transmitting plate ( 4 ), a U-shaped groove ( 2 a ) formed with a depth going through the thickness of the heat storage layer ( 5 ) and further halfway into the heat insulating layer ( 3 ) in such a way that the ends of the U-shaped groove ( 2 a ) may align with the ends of the grooves of an adjacent panel block; an edge panel block ( 1 b ) consisting in a similar manner as in the above, of a heat insulating layer ( 3 ), a heat transmitting plate ( 4 ), a heat storage layer ( 5 ), a U-shaped groove ( 2 b ) formed with a depth going through the thickness of the heat storage layer ( 5 ) and further halfway into the heat insulating layer ( 3 ) in such a way that the ends of the U-shaped groove ( 2 b ) may align with the ends of the grooves of an adjacent panel block, said edge panel block ( 1 b ) also provided with a straight groove ( 2 c ) behind the U-shaped groove ( 2 b ) for connection at both ends, said edge panel block ( 1 a ) and said edge panel block ( 1 b ) forming one set of edge panel blocks, for inserting a heating tube (P) therein and laying finishing materials ( 6 ) thereon.
2 . Method of laying edge panel blocks ( 1 a, 1 b ) for heating a room laid along with rectangular central straight panel blocks ( 1 ) formed with straight grooves ( 2 ) according to the width of a room wherein:
an edge panel block ( 1 a ) is provided with a heat transmitting plate ( 4 ) on top of a heat insulating layer ( 3 ) in a manner of enclosing the lower half of a heating tube (P); a heat storage layer ( 5 ) is laid on top of the heat transmitting plate ( 4 ); a U-shaped groove ( 2 a ) is formed with a depth going through the thickness of the heat storage layer ( 5 ) and further halfway into the heat insulating layer ( 3 ) in such a way that the ends of the U-shaped groove ( 2 a ) may align with the ends of the grooves of an adjacent panel block; and an edge panel block ( 1 b ) is provided, in a similar manner as in the above, with a heat insulating layer ( 3 ), a heat transmitting plate ( 4 ), and a heat storage layer ( 5 ); a U-shaped groove ( 2 b ) is formed with a depth going through the thickness of the heat storage layer ( 5 ) and further halfway into the heat insulating layer ( 3 ) in such a way that the ends of the U-shaped groove may align with the ends of the grooves of an adjacent panel block; said edge panel block ( 1 b ) also provided with a straight groove ( 2 c ) behind the U-shaped groove ( 2 b ) for connection at both ends, said edge panel block ( 1 a ) and said edge panel block ( 1 b ) forming one set of edge panel blocks; and wherein a long heating tube (P) is inserted into the grooves ( 2 , 2 a, 2 b, 2 c ), of the panel blocks ( 1 , 1 a, 1 b ) in a zigzag winding line, and then finishing materials ( 6 ) are laid on the heat storage layer ( 5 ).Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
