Abstract
Chromatographic processes and systems for purifying a botulinum toxin from an APF fermentation medium.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A process for purifying a Clostridial toxin comprising the step of sequentially contacting a plurality of chromatography resins with an aqueous medium containing a Clostridial toxin, thereby obtaining a purified Clostridial toxin.
2 . The process for purifying a Clostridial toxin of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of chromatography resins comprises different chromatography resins.
3 . The process for purifying a Clostridial toxin of claim 1 , wherein the process is a substantially animal protein free (“APF”) process.
4 . The process for purifying a Clostridial toxin of claim 1 , wherein the process is an essentially APF process.
5 . The process for purifying a Clostridial toxin of claim 1 , wherein the process is an APF process.
6 . The process for purifying a Clostridial toxin of claim 1 , wherein the Clostridial toxin fermentation medium results from a substantially APF fermentation process.
7 . The process for purifying a botulinum toxin of claim 1 , wherein the Clostridial toxin fermentation medium results from an essentially APF fermentation process.
9 . The process for purifying a botulinum toxin of claim 1 , wherein the Clostridial toxin fermentation medium results from an APF fermentation process.
10 . A purified Clostridial toxin obtained by the process of claim 1 .Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
