Halloween pumpkin/jack-o-lantern display hanger

Abstract

A device to display a Halloween jack-o-lantern for display by suspending in air. A circular or other geometrically shaped ring with multiple cords provides the base support for the pumpkin while the cords extend up and through a second lock ring which slides up and down the cords to provide a means to lock the pumpkin in securely between the base support ring and the sliding lock ring. The cords are secured above to a platform in which an eyelet or hook is fastened for whole apparatus to hang from.

1 . A halloween pumpkin/jack-o-lantern display hanger for to display a halloween pumpkin or jack-o-lantern for viewing by trick-or-treaters, comprising:
 means for providing an anchor for the cords to attach to and hang down from;   means for providing support to the base ring and a method for the lock ring to slide up and down, securely attached to said means for providing an anchor for the cords to attach to and hang down from;   means for providing adjustment for size of pumpkin and a means to lock pumpkin securly between lock ring, support base ring and cords, slidingly interconnected to said means for providing support to the base ring and a method for the lock ring to slide up and down;   means for a base for pumpkin to rest on, securely attached to said means for providing support to the base ring and a method for the lock ring to slide up and down; and   means for providing a means to hang the whole apparatus from, directly attached to said means for providing an anchor for the cords to attach to and hang down from.   
   
   
       2 . The halloween pumpkin/jack-o-lantern display hanger in accordance with  claim 1 , wherein said means for providing an anchor for the cords to attach to and hang down from comprises a top platform. 
   
   
       3 . The halloween pumpkin/jack-o-lantern display hanger in accordance with  claim 1 , wherein said means for providing support to the base ring and a method for the lock ring to slide up and down comprises a cords. 
   
   
       4 . The halloween pumpkin/jack-o-lantern display hanger in accordance with  claim 1 , wherein said means for providing adjustment for size of pumpkin and a means to lock pumpkin securly between lock ring, support base ring and cords comprises a lock ring. 
   
   
       5 . The halloween pumpkin/jack-o-lantern display hanger in accordance with  claim 1 , wherein said means for a base for pumpkin to rest on comprises a base support ring. 
   
   
       6 . The halloween pumpkin/jack-o-lantern display hanger in accordance with  claim 1 , wherein said means for providing a means to hang the whole apparatus from comprises an eyelet or hook. 
   
   
       7 . A halloween pumpkin/jack-o-lantern display hanger for to display a halloween pumpkin or jack-o-lantern for viewing by trick-or-treaters, comprising:
 a top platform, for providing an anchor for the cords to attach to and hang down from;   a cords, for providing support to the base ring and a method for the lock ring to slide up and down, securely attached to said top platform;   a lock ring, for providing adjustment for size of pumpkin and a means to lock pumpkin securly between lock ring, support base ring and cords, slidingly interconnected to said cords;   a base support ring, for a base for pumpkin to rest on, securely attached to said cords; and   an eyelet or hook, for providing a means to hang the whole apparatus from, directly attached to said top platform.   
   
   
       8 . A halloween pumpkin/jack-o-lantern display hanger for to display a halloween pumpkin or jack-o-lantern for viewing by trick-or-treaters, comprising:
 a top platform, for providing an anchor for the cords to attach to and hang down from;   a cords, for providing support to the base ring and a method for the lock ring to slide up and down, securely attached to said top platform;   a lock ring, for providing adjustment for size of pumpkin and a means to lock pumpkin securly between lock ring, support base ring and cords, slidingly interconnected to said cords;   a base support ring, for a base for pumpkin to rest on, securely attached to said cords; and   an eyelet or hook, for providing a means to hang the whole apparatus from, directly attached to said top platform.
