Abstract
The invention relates to a sheet metal section for dry construction, including two limb portions and a base portion that connects the limb portions, in addition to at least one reinforcement strip that is situated on one of the limb portions. The sheet metal section is characterized in that it is equipped with a device for fixing the reinforcement strip to the limb portion.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 - 15 . (canceled)
16 . A sheet metal section for dry construction comprising:
two leg sections; a base section connecting the leg sections and having at least one reinforcing strip provided on one of the leg sections; and means for fastening the reinforcing strip to the leg section.
17 . The section as recited in claim 16 , wherein the means for fastening the reinforcing strip to the leg section includes plastic material deformations of the reinforcing strip and/or of the leg section.
18 . The section as recited in claim 17 , wherein a plurality of the local plastic material deformations is provided.
19 . The section as recited in claim 17 , wherein the plastic material deformations have an elongated shape and extend in particular in the longitudinal direction of the reinforcing strip.
20 . The section as recited in claim 17 , wherein the material deformations are created through joining-by-forming.
21 . The section as recited in claim 17 , wherein the material deformation are created by clinching.
22 . The section as recited in claim 16 , wherein the means for fastening the reinforcing strip to the leg section includes an adhesive.
23 . The section as recited in claim 16 , wherein the reinforcing strip is a bent-back part of the leg section, which is secured by the means for fastening the reinforcing strip.
24 . The section as recited in claim 16 , wherein the reinforcing strip is a separate element, in particular a sheet metal strip.
25 . The section as recited in claim 16 , wherein at least one of the leg sections has a bent supporting edge running in the longitudinal direction of the section and the reinforcing strip is situated on the bent supporting edge.
26 . The section as recited in claim 25 , wherein the reinforcing strip extends along the supporting edge.
27 . The section as recited in claim 26 , wherein the reinforcing strip extends over the entire length of the supporting edge.
28 . The section as recited in claim 26 , wherein the reinforcing strip is situated on the side of the supporting edge facing toward and/or facing away from the base section.
29 . The section as recited in claim 25 , wherein the supporting edge has a curvature in the transverse direction of the supporting edge.
30 . The section as recited in claim 29 , wherein the curvature is designed in such a way that the supporting edge is convex on the side facing away from the base section and/or is concave on the side facing the base section.
31 . The section as recited in claim 25 , wherein the reinforcing strip extends over the entire width of the bent supporting edge.
32 . The section as recited in claim 16 , wherein the section is designed as a C section or a U section.
33 . A sheet metal section for dry construction comprising:
two leg sections; a base section connecting the leg sections and having at least one reinforcing strip provided on one of the leg sections; and a fastener fastening the reinforcing strip to the leg section.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
