Abstract
An exercise device and method of use thereof, including an exercise platform and an incline base that can be used together or separately. The exercise device can be used for aerobics, strength-training and yoga or a combination thereof. The exercise platform can be rectilinear U-shaped and can include pull rings and exercise tubes connected thereto and the incline base can be adjustable from a horizontal position to variable degrees of incline.

providing an incline base with adjustable degrees of incline; having a practitioner position themself in an appropriate position on the incline base; and performing the yoga exercise while positioned on the incline base.
2 . The method of claim 1 wherein the incline base has a slant board opposed to a base platform.
3 . The method of claim 2 wherein fasteners connect the slant board to the base platform.
4 . The method of claim 3 wherein the fasteners are sliding fasteners.
5 . The method of claim 1 wherein the yoga exercise is a sitting pose.
6 . The method of claim 1 wherein the yoga exercise is a Down Dog pose.
7 . The method of claim 1 wherein the yoga exercise is a Bow pose.
8 . The method of claim 1 wherein the yoga exercise is a ½ Bow pose.
9 . The method of claim 1 wherein the yoga exercise is a reclining pose.
10 . A method of performing an exercise comprising:
providing an exercise device with an exercise platform and an incline base with adjustable degrees of incline; having a practitioner position themself in an appropriate position on the exercise device; and performing the exercise while positioned on the exercise device.
11 . The method of claim 10 wherein the incline base has a slant board opposed to a base platform.
12 . The method of claim 11 wherein fasteners connect the slant board to the base platform.
13 . The method of claim 12 wherein the fasteners are sliding fasteners.
14 . The method of claim 10 wherein the exercise platform has a rectilinear U-shaped top surface.
15 . The method of claim 10 wherein the width of the incline base is sized to fit between the first and second interior side walls of the exercise platform.
16 . The method of claim 10 wherein the exercise is an aerobic exercise.
17 . The method of claim 10 wherein the exercise is a strength-training exercise.
18 . The method of claim 10 wherein the exercise is a yoga exercise.
19 . The method of claim 18 wherein the yoga exercise is a sitting pose.
20 . The method of claim 18 wherein the yoga exercise is a Down Dog pose.
21 . The method of claim 18 wherein the yoga exercise is a Bow pose.
22 . The method of claim 18 wherein the yoga exercise is a ½ Bow pose.
