Abstract
A composition is disclosed comprising virus in a formulation comprising a polyhydroxy hydrocarbon buffered to maintain a pH in a range from about 7 to about 8.5 at a temperature in the range from about 2° C. to 27° C. Methods for concentrating and purifying virus preparations are also disclosed.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 - 28 . (canceled)
29 . An adenovirus composition comprising adenovirus particles, sorbitol, and sucrose, wherein the amount of sorbitol and sucrose is sufficient to maintain stability of the adenovirus composition during storage.
30 . The adenovirus composition of claim 29 , wherein the amount of sorbitol and sucrose is sufficient to maintain the stability of the adenovirus composition when the adenovirus composition is stored at 4° C.
31 . The adenovirus composition of claim 29 , further comprising Tween 20.
32 . The adenovirus composition of claim 29 , further comprising Tween 80.
33 . An adenovirus composition comprising adenovirus particles, sorbitol, and Tween 20, wherein the amount of sorbitol and Tween 20 is sufficient to maintain stability of the adenovirus composition during storage.
34 . The adenovirus composition of claim 31 , wherein the amount of sorbitol and Tween 20 is sufficient to maintain stability of the adenovirus composition when the adenovirus composition is stored at 4° C.
35 . An adenovirus composition comprising adenovirus particles, sorbitol, and Tween 80, wherein the amount of sorbitol and Tween 80 is sufficient to maintain stability of the adenovirus composition during storage.
36 . The adenovirus composition of claim 35 , wherein the amount of sorbitol and Tween 80 is sufficient to maintain stability of the adenovirus composition when the adenovirus composition is stored at 4° C.
37 . A method for preparing an adenovirus composition, comprising the steps of providing adenovirus particles and combining the adenovirus particles with a solution comprising a buffer, sorbitol, and sucrose, wherein the amount of sorbitol and sucrose is sufficient to maintain stability of the adenovirus composition during storage.
38 . The method of claim 37 , wherein the amount of sorbitol and sucrose is sufficient to maintain stability of the adenovirus composition when the adenovirus composition is stored at 4° C.
39 . The method of claim 37 , wherein the adenovirus particles are further combined with Tween 20.
40 . The method of claim 37 , wherein the adenovirus particles are further combined with Tween 80.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
