Abstract

The objective of the invention is to provide a solution for tissue adhesion prevention and a method for tissue adhesion prevention that are applicable to general surgery and in which covering condition during surgery is stable and convenient. The invention is the solution for tissue adhesion prevention of which the active ingredient is trehalose. Also, it contains at least one or more among antioxidants, chelates, antiseptics, hemostatics, anti-inflammatory agents, and polysaccharides, mucopolysaccharides, salts of polysaccharides and salts of mucopolysaccharides having lubricating properties. This solution for tissue adhesion prevention is provided as any form of perfusion fluid, spray fluid, solution for spray or vaporization administration, foam-like aerosol preparation, injection solution for intravenous fluids, intravenous fluid.

1 . A solution for tissue adhesion prevention of which the active ingredient is trehalose. 
   
   
       2 . The solution for tissue adhesion prevention according to  claim 1  being characterized by including at least one or more among antioxidants, chelates, antiseptics, hemostatics, anti-inflammatory agents, and polysaccharides, mucopolysaccharides, salts of polysaccharides and salts of mucopolysaccharides having lubricating properties. 
   
   
       3 . The solution for tissue adhesion prevention according to  claim 2  being characterized that the said antioxidant is derivatives of ascorbic acid. 
   
   
       4 . The solution for tissue adhesion prevention according to any of  claim 1  to  3  being characterized that the viscosity is adjusted by thickeners. 
   
   
       5 . The solution for tissue adhesion prevention according to any of  claim 1  to  3  being characterized that the osmolarity is adjusted by at least one or more among isotonic electrolyte fluids, plasma expanders, extracellular replacement fluids, maintenance fluids or water.

The solution for tissue adhesion prevention according to any of  claim 1  to  3  being characterized that the viscosity is adjusted by thickeners and the osmolarity is adjusted by at least one or more among isotonic electrolyte fluids, plasma expanders, extracellular replacement fluids, maintenance fluids or water.

The solution for tissue adhesion prevention according to any of  claim 1  to  3  being characterized that the said solution for tissue adhesion prevention is provided as any form of perfusion fluid, spray fluid, solution for spray or vaporization administration, foam-like aerosol preparation, injection solution for intravenous fluids, intravenous fluid.

The solution for tissue adhesion prevention according to any of  claim 1  to  3  being characterized that the viscosity is adjusted by thickeners and the said solution for tissue adhesion prevention is provided as any form of perfusion fluid, spray fluid, solution for spray or vaporization administration, foam-like aerosol preparation, injection solution for intravenous fluids, intravenous fluid.

The solution for tissue adhesion prevention according to any of  claim 1  to  3  being characterized that the osmolarity is adjusted by at least one or more among isotonic electrolyte fluids, plasma expanders, extracellular replacement fluids, maintenance fluids or water and the said solution for tissue adhesion prevention is provided as any form of perfusion fluid, spray fluid, solution for spray or vaporization administration, foam-like aerosol preparation, injection solution for intravenous fluids, intravenous fluid.

The solution for tissue adhesion prevention according to any of  claim 1  to  3  being characterized that the viscosity is adjusted by thickeners, and the osmolarity is adjusted by at least one or more among isotonic electrolyte fluids, plasma expanders, extracellular replacement fluids, maintenance fluids or water, and the said solution for tissue adhesion prevention is provided as any form of perfusion fluid, spray fluid, solution for spray or vaporization administration, foam-like aerosol preparation, injection solution for intravenous fluids, intravenous fluid. 
   
   
       11 . A method for tissue adhesion prevention in which the solution for tissue adhesion prevention of which the active ingredient is trehalose is applied to local tissue.

A method for tissue adhesion prevention according to  claim 11  being characterized that the said solution for tissue adhesion prevention includes at least one or more among antioxidants, chelates, antiseptics, hemostatics, anti-inflammatory agents, and polysaccharides, mucopolysaccharides and salts of polysaccharides, salts of mucopolysaccharides having lubricating properties. 
   
   
       13 . A method for tissue adhesion prevention according to  claim 12  being characterized that the said antioxidant is derivatives of ascorbic acid. 
   
   
       14 . A method for tissue adhesion prevention according to any of  claim 11  to  13  being characterized that the viscosity of the said solution for tissue adhesion prevention is adjusted by thickeners.

A method for tissue adhesion prevention according to any of  claim 11  to  13  being characterized that the osmolarity of the said solution for tissue adhesion prevention is adjusted by at least one or more among isotonic electrolyte fluids, plasma expanders, extracellular replacement fluids, maintenance fluids or water.

A method for tissue adhesion prevention according to any of  claim 11  to  13  being characterized that the viscosity of the said solution for tissue adhesion prevention is adjusted by thickeners and the osmolarity of the said solution for tissue adhesion prevention is adjusted by at least one or more among isotonic electrolyte fluids, plasma expanders, extracellular replacement fluids, maintenance fluids or water.
