Card Game combining online and deck games
Abstract
A card game for use by a plurality of players, the card game comprising a deck of playing cards and an online version of the same game for complimentary use. A plurality of numbered cards, each numbered card including an image on its face, a symbol and at least one numbered factor, a plurality of control cards wherein each control card contains instructions that will be used to determine if the numbered factor is to be used to determine a winner and if the symbol is to be used to determine a winner; a first numbered card containing a first numbered factor and a first symbol played by a first player, at least a second numbered card containing a second numbered factor and a second symbol played by a second player and a control card played to determine which of the plurality of players is the winner of a hand; a computer network version of the card game wherein a plurality of cards won in the network version of the game can be awarded through the network and added to the deck as control cards that can be played by a player who won the cards won in the network version.

a set of numbered cards including a plurality of numbered cards, each numbered card including an image on its face, a symbol and at least one numbered factor, a plurality of control cards wherein each control card contains instructions that will be used to determine if the numbered factor is to be used to determine a winner and if the symbol is to be used to determine a winner; a playfield including a numbered card containing a first numbered factor and a first symbol played by a first player, a second numbered card containing a second numbered factor and a second symbol played by a second player and a control card played to determine if player 1 is the winner; a computer network version of said card game wherein a card won in said network version of said game can be added to said deck as a control card.
2 . The card game of claim 1 wherein said computer network version of the game is played on said network and requires a user to log on with a game number in order to play and wherein said game number is obtained from a media product purchased by a player.
3 . The card game of claim 1 wherein said at least one numbered factor is a strength rating and wherein the numbered cards include a second numbered factor.
4 . The card game of claim 1 wherein said computer network version of said game is played using a touch screen computer monitor and wherein said card game is played by more than two players.
5 . The card game of claim 1 wherein said cards including said control cards and said number cards and said won card all have the same artwork on the backside of the cards.

The card game of claim 1 wherein control cards are normally drawn from a stack during each hand and wherein the instructions on the control card played from the stack of control cards can be affected by a second control card played by a player who had won said second control card in a previous hand in the same game.
7 . A card game comprising a deck of playing cards and an online version of the same game for complimentary use;
a plurality of numbered cards, each numbered card including an image on its face, a symbol and at least one numbered factor, a plurality of control cards wherein each control card contains instructions that will be used to determine if the numbered factor is to be used to determine a winner and if the symbol is to be used to determine a winner; a first numbered card containing a first numbered factor and a first symbol played by a first player, a second numbered card containing a second numbered factor and a second symbol played by a second player and a control card played to determine if player 1 is the winner; a computer network version of said card game wherein a plurality of cards won in said network version of said game can be added to said deck as control cards that can be played by a player who won said cards won in the network version.
8 . The card game of claim 7 wherein the card game is played in a plurality of hands on a playfield, each hand including a single numbered card played by each player and said control card played from a stack of said plurality of control cards.
9 . The card game of claim 8 wherein the instructions on the control card played from said stack can be affected by a second control card played by a player who had previously won said second control card.
10 . The card game of claim 7 wherein said cards won in the network version of the game, when played in the card game allow the player to win a hand instantly and take a plurality of cards from another players stack.
11 . The card game of claim 7 wherein said cards won can be collected and turned in for a prize.
12 . The card game of claim 7 wherein said computer network version of the game is played on an Internet and requires a user to log on with a game number in order to play and wherein said game number is obtained from a media product.
13 . The card game of claim 7 wherein said at least one numbered factor is a strength rating and wherein the numbered cards include a second numbered factor.
14 . The card game of claim 7 wherein said network version of the game is played against a computer and wherein wins against the computer add points to a player profile and wherein said points can be used to obtain said cards won.
15 . A card game for use by a plurality of players, said card game comprising a deck of playing cards and an online version of the same game for complimentary use;
a plurality of numbered cards, each numbered card including an image on its face, a symbol and at least one numbered factor, a plurality of control cards wherein each control card contains instructions that will be used to determine if the numbered factor is to be used to determine a winner and if the symbol is to be used to determine a winner; a first numbered card containing a first numbered factor and a first symbol played by a first player, at least a second numbered card containing a second numbered factor and a second symbol played by a second player and a control card played to determine which of said plurality of players is the winner of a hand; a computer network version of said card game wherein a plurality of cards won in said network version of said game can be added to said deck as control cards that can be played by a player who won said cards won in the network version.
16 . The card game of claim 15 wherein said network version of the game requires a user to log on with a game number in order to play and wherein said game number is obtained from a media product that contains at least a portion of the images.
17 . The card game of claim 16 wherein said cards won can be collected and turned in for a prize.
18 . The card game of claim 16 wherein said network version of the game is played against a computer and wherein wins against the computer add points to a player profile and wherein said points can be used to obtain said cards won.
19 . The card game of claim 16 wherein the numbered cards include a second numbered factor used with said control cards to determine a winner.
