Polypeptide
Abstract
The present invention provides a polypeptide inducing the production of an antibody in permucosal administration in the presence of no immunological adjuvant, a composition containing the polypeptide, and use thereof. The present invention solves the above object by providing a polypeptide inserted with a cell attachment motif of a cell adhesive molecule to the peptide which has an amino acid sequence of multiagretope type T cell epitope at the amino terminal side of an inserted linker peptide, and an amino acid sequence of a B cell epitope at the carboxyl terminal side of the inserted linker peptide, a composition containing the polypeptide, and use thereof.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A polypeptide, characterized in that it comprises one or more amino acid sequences of SEQ ID NO:2 or SEQ ID NO:8, said one or more amino acid sequences being comprised in a peptide which comprises an amino acid sequence comprising (i) an amino acid sequence of a T cell epitope in the N-terminal region of the peptide; and (ii) another amino acid sequence comprising SEQ ID NO:45 in the C-terminal region of the peptide, which positions via a linker peptide inserted between the two amino acid sequences (i) and (ii).
2 . The polypeptide of claim 1 , characterized in that wherein said linker peptide comprises one or more dipeptides selected from the group consisting of lysine-lysine, lysine-arginine, and arginine-arginine.
3 . The polypeptide of claim 1 , characterized in that wherein said T cell epitope is a multiagretope type.
4 . A composition, characterized in that it comprises the polypeptide of claim 1 and pharmaceutically acceptable additives.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
