Abstract

An interactive intellectual robotic toy and control method of the same includes a main processor. At least one memory unit connects the main processor for storing motion data and sound data. A control module respectively connects the main processor and a driver module, and the driver module further connects motors. The control module receives the motion data stored in the memory unit under control of the main processor. An audio handling module connects the main processor and a speaker, the audio handling unit receives the sound data stored in the memory unit under control of the main processor. A USB module connects the main processor for renewing the data stored in the memory unit. A RFID module has a reading module connecting the main processor, a first RF antenna connecting the reading module and identification modules, each identification module has a design, a tag with an electronic code corresponding to the design, and a second RF antenna.

1 . An interactive intellectual robotic toy, comprising:
 a main processor; and   at least one memory unit, connecting the main processor and storing motion data and sound data;   a control module, connecting the main processor, the control module receiving the motion data stored in the memory unit under control of the main processor;   a driving module, connecting the control module and driving motors of the interactive intellectual robotic toy;   an audio handling unit, connecting the main processor and a speaker, the audio handling unit receiving the sound data stored in the memory unit under control of the main processor;   at least one sensing module, connecting the main processor and a receiving unit for sensing various operating information; and   a RFID module, having a reading module connecting the main processor, a first RF antenna connecting the reading module and identification modules, each identification module having a design, a RFID tag corresponding to the design and a second RF antenna connecting the RFID tag, the RFID tag storing an electronic code corresponding to the design.   
   
   
       2 . The interactive intellectual robotic toy as claimed in  claim 1 , further comprising a USB module connecting the main processor. 
   
   
       3 . The interactive intellectual robotic toy as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the identification module is a card with a design. 
   
   
       4 . A control method of an interactive intellectual robotic toy, comprising:
 setting at least one type of game in a main processor;   storing sound data and motion data corresponding to the type of the game in a memory unit;   providing identification modules, each of the identification modules having a design, a RFID tag corresponding to the design and the RFID tag storing an electronic code corresponding to the design;   making a sound prompt by a speaker, the main processor controlling an audio handling unit to read and transform the sound data stored in the memory unit to the sound prompt;   selecting the type of the game after the sound prompt;   generating a question and outputting the question by the speaker according to the sound data stored in the memory unit;   reading the identification module to answer the sound prompt;   detecting the RFID tag contained in the identification module;   sending the electronic code information to the main processor;   responding a responsive sound prompt by the audio handling unit; and   producing a corresponding motion according to the motion data.   
   
   
       5 . The control method of an interactive intellectual robotic toy as claimed in  claim 4 , wherein the main processor may select arithmetical operation, interactive game system or story education game system.

The control method of an interactive intellectual robotic toy as claimed in  claim 5 , wherein the main processor selects arithmetical operation, the main processor controls the audio handling unit to make sound for selecting arithmetical operation type by the speaker, then the audio handling unit controls the speaker to make sound for providing question, the main processor identifies the electronic code information of the corresponding identification module and then controls the audio handling unit to make sound to answer question according to the electronic code information. 
   
   
       7 . The control method of an interactive intellectual robotic toy as claimed in  claim 5 , wherein the main processor selects story education game system, the main processor controls the audio handling unit to make sound for selecting a story by the speaker, the main processor identifies the electronic code information of the corresponding identification module and then controls the audio handling unit to make sound to tell a story according to the electronic code information.

The control method of an interactive intellectual robotic toy as claimed in  claim 5 , wherein the main processor selects interactive game system, the main processor controls the audio handling unit to make sound for providing interactive questions by the speaker, the main processor identifies the electronic code information of the corresponding identification modules and then decides the developing direction according to the electronic code information.
