Abstract

The DeskSpacer is a utility desk organizer that combines and integrates all the basic desk accessories, such as tape dispenser, pencil sharpener, letter opener, stapler, paper clip/push pins drawers, business cards drawer, and sticky notebook tray, etc., into one compact receptacle; for the purpose of providing efficiency. With the new and innovative design of the DeskSpacer, you can have various office supplies all together at the reach of your hands in one tiny little spot. The DeskSpacer is a quadrilateral shape with a 10° to 15° slope on the top. It is constructed of high-impact durable and washable lightweight injection molded plastic, with a contemporary, contoured, stylish look.

I claim as my invention the new, different, and innovative design of the DeskSpacer, a quadrilateral shaped 10° to 15° sloped utility desk organizer that combines and integrates all the basic desk accessories, such as tape dispenser, pencil sharpener, letter opener, stapler, paper clip/push pins drawer, business cards drawer, and sticky notebook tray, etc., into one compact receptacle for the purpose of providing efficiency in the work place.

       3 . I claim as my invention the construction of the DeskSpacer, from high impact durable lightweight injection molded plastic. 
   
   
       4 . I claim as my invention, the DeskSpacer to be the only desk organizer/space saver designed for the purpose of providing efficiency, by creating a better work surface by integrating several desk accessories to allow more desk space, work station space, or counter space. 
   
   
       5 . I claim as my invention, the DeskSpacer, to be the only desk organizer that takes up very little space, giving the worker something less to worry about.

I claim as my invention, the DeskSpacer, an office supply organizer comprising a bottom wall, a pair of opposed sidewalls, a top wall, and a back wall, an upper horizontal dividing wall, a lower horizontal dividing wall, and eight box-shaped open-faced item bins, a plurality of key hooks, a pen and pencil compartment, cards compartment an envelope compartment, and several drawers. 
   
   
       7 . I claim as my invention the DeskSpacer to be the only desk organizer that allows more desk and counter space, than any other desk organizer on the current market. 
   
   
       8 . I claim as my invention the DeskSpacer, to be the only complete office supply invention that will meet a compelling consumer need for efficiency. 
   
   
       9 . I claim as my invention, The DeskSapcer, the only office supply organizer of it's kind that houses all the needed office supply at the tip of our fingers, right on top of our desks. 
   
   
       10 . I claim as my invention, The DeskSpacer to be the only office supply organizer that because of it's design, saves consumers time, space, and money.

I claim as my invention the DeskSpacer office supply organizer to be the only office supply organizer that has four compartments housing pens, scissors, markers, utility cutters, etc., # 1 , pencils, rulers, glue sticks, compasses, etc., # 2 , letter opener, nail filers, carton cutters, and the like, # 3 , and # 4 , Tape Dispenser. 
   
   
       12 . I claim as my invention the DeskSpacer to be the only complete Office supply invention with drawers that can pull out with a slight finger touch for easy opening and closing when needing or replenishing supplies. These can house either pushpins, tacks, paper clips, mailing stamps, rubber bands, erasers, Post-its, 3×3 notepads, correction tapes, pack of 3A, or 2A batteries, etc. 
   
   
       13 . I claim as my invention the DeskSpacer to be the only office supply invention with a pencil sharpener ( 19  (drawing  1 ) composed of an electrical motor of 115 vaults. It is attached to the floor of the compartment for sustainability. 
   
   
       14 . I claim as my invention, the DeskSpacer, to be the only office supply invention in which the pencil sharpener has a drawer that opens forward (as described on paragraph  3  of the Detailed Description), needed when cleaning or removing scrapings from the pencil sharpener receptacle. 
   
   
       15 . I claim as my invention, the DeskSpacer, the only office supply invention that offers tray space for business cards and/or notepads (Drawing  2 , (#s  22 ,  23 , and  24 ).
