Rubber-Reinforcing Cord, Method for Manufacturing Same, and Rubber Article Using Same
Abstract
A reinforcing cord 10 for rubber reinforcement of the present invention includes a reinforcing fiber 11 . A coating film 12 is formed on a surface of the reinforcing fiber 11 . The coating film 12 includes, as its main components, a rubber having acrylonitrile as one of its raw materials and a compound containing an oxazoline group. A method of manufacturing a reinforcing cord for rubber reinforcement of the present invention includes (i) applying an aqueous mixture including, as its main components, a rubber latex having acrylonitrile as one of its raw materials and a compound containing an oxazoline group onto a reinforcing fiber, and (ii) drying the applied aqueous mixture to form a coating film on the surface of the reinforcing fiber.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A reinforcing cord for rubber reinforcement comprising a reinforcing fiber,
