Backpack

Abstract

A backpack is composed of a bag and a frame assembly combined with the bag. Thereby, the disclosed backpack presents a constant solid contour even there is nothing loaded therein. Also, the frame assembly facilitates enhancing the strength of the backpack for resisting external force. Shark absorbing ability of foam is also provided. Especially when a motorcycle falls, a rider thereon can have his/her back, head and neck protected by the bag. Besides, a luminary may be provided on the bag as so to call for a behind driver's attention and avoid accidents.

1 . A backpack, comprising:
 a bag, including at least a first fixing board, a second fixing board, a third fixing board, a fourth fixing board and a fifth fixing board, wherein the first and second fixing boars are settled at two upper side of the bag; the third fixing board is settled at a center of a surface of the bag; and the fourth and fifth fixing boards are settled at two lower side of the bag;   a frame assembly, including:   a bottom frame, having two upper ends thereof connected to the third fixing board, and having two lower ends thereof connected to the fourth and fifth fixing boards;   a first lateral frame, having a lower end connected to the third fixing board, and having an upper end connected to the first fixing board; and   a second lateral frame, having a lower end connected to the third fixing board, and having an upper end connected to the second fixing board.   
   
   
       2 . The backpack of  claim 1 , wherein the bottom frame of the frame assembly is formed into a roughly U shape and has two upper ends bent inward; while the first lateral frame and the second lateral frame are shaped as a ladle, respectively, and arranged such that openings of the ladles are facing each other. 
   
   
       3 . The backpack of  claim 1 , wherein the frame assembly has a structure selected from a tank like structure or a box like structure. 
   
   
       4 . The backpack of  claim 1 , wherein each of the bottom, the first lateral frame and the second lateral frame comprise a plurality of connecting holes. 
   
   
       5 . The backpack of  claim 4 , wherein a net accessory having a net and a plurality of combining belts is combined with the connecting holes such that the net accessory is positioned at one side of the backpack. 
   
   
       6 . The backpack of  claim 1 , wherein the fixing boards are settled inside the bag. 
   
   
       7 . The backpack of  claim 1 , wherein a luminary is provided on the bag. 
   
   
       8 . The backpack of  claim 1 , wherein two shoulder straps are provided on the bag and at least one of the shoulder straps is equipped with a female buckle for receiving therein a male buckle deposited on a pocket positioned. 
   
   
       9 . The backpack of  claim 1 , wherein a bottle receiving recess having a pouch and a fixing belt is provided on the bag, in which the fixing belt further comprises an opening. 
   
   
       10 . The backpack of  claim 9 , wherein a set of hook and loop tapes is provided on the pouch and the fixing belt, respectively, at aligned locations. 
   
   
       11 . The backpack of  claim 1 , wherein the frame assembly and the fixing boards comprise a plurality of combining holes for combining the frame assembly and the fixing boards.
