Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A wagon pull, comprising:
 an arm assembly ( 20 ) having a sleeve ( 30 ) that slidably receives an insert ( 40 ); said insert has a connector ( 70 ) having a connector flange ( 74 ), said connector ( 70 ) is capable of receiving a handle therein; and said sleeve ( 30 ) having a bar first portion ( 44 ) extending therefrom, said bar first portion ( 44 ) being connected to a support ( 50 ), and said support being connected to a belt ( 60 ).

2 . The apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising:
 said sleeve ( 30 ) having a sleeve top side ( 32 ), said sleeve top side ( 32 ) having a slot ( 110 ); and an arm assembly adjustment member ( 100 ) that is threadably secured to the insert ( 40 ), and capable of compressing the sleeve ( 30 ) against the insert ( 40 ).

3 . The apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising:
 a gripping device ( 80 ) disposed within said connector ( 70 ).

4 . The apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising:
 a connector hinge ( 72 ) that enables the connector ( 70 ) to open and close.

5 . The apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising:
a pad ( 90 ) disposed on the support ( 50 ) that is capable of contacting a user during use.

       6 . The apparatus of  claim 1 , further comprising;
 a bar second portion ( 48 ) extending from said bar first portion ( 44 ), said bar second portion ( 48 ) disposed between said bar first portion ( 44 ) and said support ( 50 ).

7 . The apparatus of claim 6 , further comprising:
 a hinge ( 46 ) hingedly connecting said bar first portion ( 44 ) to said bar second portion ( 48 ).

       8 . A wagon pull, comprising:
 an arm assembly ( 20 ) having a sleeve ( 30 ) that slidably receives an insert ( 40 ) therein; said insert ( 40 ) extending from said sleeve ( 30 ) and terminating at a connector ( 70 ); said connector ( 70 ) being pivotally disposed on said insert ( 40 ) via a connector pivot member ( 124 ); said connector ( 70 ) capable of opening and closing at the connector closing device ( 76 ); a bar first portion ( 44 ) extending from said sleeve ( 30 ); a bar second portion ( 48 ) extending from said bar first portion ( 44 ); said bar second portion ( 48 ) secured to a support ( 50 ); and a belt ( 60 ) secured to said support 50 .

9 . The apparatus of claim 8 , further comprising:
 a pad ( 90 ) disposed on the support ( 50 ), said pad ( 90 ) capable of contacting a user.

10 . The apparatus of claim 8 , further comprising:
 said sleeve ( 30 ) having a sleeve top side ( 32 ), said sleeve top side ( 32 ) having a slot ( 110 ); and an arm assembly adjustment member ( 100 ) that is threadably secured to the insert ( 40 ), and capable of compressing the sleeve ( 30 ) against the insert ( 40 ).

11 . The apparatus of claim 8 , further comprising:
 a gripping device ( 80 ) disposed within said connector ( 70 ).

12 . The apparatus of claim 8 , further comprising:
 a hinge ( 46 ) hingedly connecting said bar first portion ( 44 ) to said bar second portion ( 48 ).

       13 . A wagon pull, comprising:
an adjustable rod assembly having a tube ( 144 ) that is secured at one end to a support ( 50 ) via a tube bracket ( 142 ), said tube ( 144 ) has a threaded knob receptacle ( 146 ) at another end; an adjustment knob ( 148 ) that is capable of threadably mating with said threaded knob receptacle ( 146 ); an extension rod ( 150 ) that is capable of being slidably disposed within said tube ( 144 ), said extension rod ( 150 ) is capable of being received through said adjustment knob ( 148 ), said extension rod ( 150 ) capable of connecting to an attachment member 152 , said attachment member capable of connecting to a luggage handle, whereby said extension rod ( 150 ) is capable of being secured within said tube ( 144 ) by tightening of said adjustment knob ( 148 ), and said extension rod ( 150 ) can slide within said tube ( 144 ) when the adjustment knob ( 148 ) is not tightened.
