Thread supplying apparatus for embroidering machine
Abstract
Disclosed is a thread supplying apparatus for an embroidering machine, including: at least one pair of guides which comprises a thread guiding part formed with a thread moving path guiding each thread supplied from a plurality of bobbins to a needle working part and is continually formed along the thread moving path and coupled to each other with a spacing portion therebetween; a thread spacer member to take up the thread passed through the spacing portion and to space the thread from the thread moving path to put the thread on a standby state in which the thread standbys to be supplied to the needle working part from a working state in which the thread moves to the needle working part; and a thread maintaining member provided in the thread guiding part and to apply a tension force to the thread spaced from the thread moving path, and to maintain the thread on the standby state.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A thread supplying apparatus for an embroidering machine, comprising:
at least one pair of guides which comprises a thread guiding part formed with a thread moving path guiding each thread supplied from a plurality of bobbins to a needle working part and is continually formed along the thread moving path and coupled to each other with a spacing portion therebetween; a thread spacer member to take up the thread passed through the spacing portion and to space the thread from the thread moving path to put the thread on a standby state in which the thread standbys to be supplied to the needle working part from a working state in which the thread moves to the needle working part; and a thread maintaining member provided in the thread guiding part and to apply a tension force to the thread spaced from the thread moving path, and to maintain the thread on the standby state.
2 . The thread supplying apparatus for the embroidering machine according to claim 1 , wherein the thread maintaining member comprises one of urethane, adhesive rubber, sandpaper, wool, double-side tape, Velcro, and a protrusion from the thread guiding part.
3 . The thread supplying apparatus for the embroidering machine according to claim 1 , wherein the thread maintaining member is formed as one of a point, a line and a surface in the guiding part.
4 . The thread supplying apparatus for the embroidering machine according to claim 2 , wherein the thread maintaining member is formed as one of a point, a line and a surface in the guiding part.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
