Abstract

An anti-jammed air pump includes a shell, the shell has a motor, a diaphragm and an internal seat inside, an air chamber is formed between the diaphragm and the internal seat, the internal seat has inlets and outlets, the inlets or outlets have unidirectional disc respectively; diaphragm connects with the driving shaft of motor via a coupling device, an eccentric shaft and an eccentric gear, the shell has inlet coupling devices and outlet coupling devices which corresponding to the inlets and outlets in respective internal seats; a stress relief groove communicating the inside and outside of the air chamber is positioned in the edge of said internal seat which connects with the diaphragm.

An anti-jammed air pump comprising: a shell, the shell having a motor, a diaphragm and an internal seat inside, an air chamber is formed between the diaphragm and the internal seat, the internal seat has inlets and outlets, the inlets or outlets have unidirectional disc respectively; the diaphragm connects with the driving shaft of motor via a coupling device, an eccentric shaft and an eccentric gear, the shell has inlet coupling devices and outlet coupling devices which corresponding to the inlets and outlets in internal seat respectively; wherein a stress relief groove communicating the inside and outside of the air chamber is positioned in the edge of said internal seat which connects with the diaphragm.

The anti-jammed air pump as defined in  claim 1 , wherein the edge part of said internal seat, which connects with the diaphragm, is protruding toward the diaphragm, the middle part of internal seat recess, the protruding edge part has an annular groove, and the corresponding position of diaphragm has a cooperating protruding ring; said stress relief groove crosses to said annular groove. 
   
   
       3 . The air pump as defined in  claim 2 , wherein, wherein the section shape of said relief groove is an arc, a triangle or a rectangle.

The anti-jammed air pump as defined in  claim 1 , wherein said shell forms the first chamber and second chamber being arranged from left to right inside, said motor is positioned in the first chamber, the driving shaft of motor is protruding into the second chamber; an opening is positioned in the top cover of the second chamber, and said diaphragm is positioned on the opening, said internal seat is positioned on the diaphragm, a top-cover is positioned on the internal seat, said inlet coupling and the outlet coupling are positioned on the top-cover.
