Mobile communication system using a downlink shared channel

Abstract

A base station comprises a transmitter configured to transmit first data to a mobile station and to transmit second data to a plurality of base stations via a shared channel, wherein the first data includes unicast data and identification information assigned to the mobile station and the second data includes multicast data and identification information of multicast which is identical to identification information of multicast assigned to the plurality of mobile stations.

1 . A base station comprising:
 a transmitter configured to transmit first data to a mobile station and to transmit second data to a plurality of base stations via a shared channel, wherein   the first data includes unicast data and identification information assigned to the mobile station and the second data includes multicast data and identification information of multicast which is identical to identification information of multicast assigned to the plurality of mobile stations.   
     
     
         2 . The base station according to  claim 4 , wherein
 the identification information of multicast is used by the plurality of mobile stations to compare with the assigned identification information.   
     
     
         3 . The base station according to  claim 4 , wherein
 the second data including the multicast data and the identification information of the multicast data is transmitted through a plurality of radio channels to enable diversity reception at a mobile station side.   
     
     
         4 . The base station according to  claim 4 , wherein
 the base station notifies the plurality of mobile stations of transmission of the second data by transmitting control information prior to the transmission of the second data.   
     
     
         5 . The base station according to  claim 7 , wherein
 the base station notifies the plurality of mobile stations of the transmission of the multicast data separately.   
     
     
         6 . The base station according to  claim 7 , wherein
 the base station notifies the plurality of mobile stations of the transmission of the multicast data by using each dedicated channel for each of the plurality of mobile stations.   
     
     
         7 . A base station, the base station comprising:
 a transmitter configured to transmit frames which respectively include multicast data to be received by a plurality of mobile stations and to transmit identification information of multi cast, wherein the identification information of the multicast is included in the each of the frames.
